This makes any HR experts life a lot easier by having one simple platform to control all your hiring needs. **What do you dislike about Alongside?** I dislike that there is limited job board to post on and that there are no coding question templates available. **Recommendations to others considering Alongside:** I would recommend trying the free trial and seeing yourself how easy they make hiring! **What problems is Alongside solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem that is solved with Alongside it having a single platform for all your hiring needs. Alongside has helped us build a couple of teams in the company and increase our talent base. I liked the ability to get jobs postings out on multiple job sites and collaboration features with the team. I like the thumbs up / thumbs down feature to communicate internally (avoids back and forth). I also like that when you share a profile with a team member if gives them a link to the applicant right away. **What do you dislike about Alongside?** there is nothing that I dislike about Alongside **What problems is Alongside solving and how is that benefiting you?** streamlines hiring and keeps multiple managers in the loop ### 6. It's very straight forward to set up job postings. **What do you dislike about Alongside?** It needs more analytics options. You should be able to extract a spreadsheet to show all applicants for all jobs, with email addresses and contact information. **What problems is Alongside solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staffing issues are being solved. able to give specific people access to their own postings rather than everyone being bombarded with all postings. ### 7. The automated email feature was also very helpful. **What do you dislike about Alongside?** I found that the alongside summary often left out key details from the resume - I found more often than not I just used to resume as originally submitted. **What problems is Alongside solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems as of right now. As mentioned, loved being able to categorize candidates quickly and automate emails. ### 9.
