"I love the user friendliness of Along"

What do you like best about Along?

Along is great for helping me collaborate with clients and potential customers.

it's kind of an "all in one " place instead of thousands of emails, which can get lost in the inbox.

And even better than emails, it tracks pretty much everything a potential customer does on Along : how long they stay, on which content, etc...

It's a must have for deals that take more than 2 months to close Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Along?

For now, all my feedback was taken into account and was used to build their new released feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loosing track of "who knows what" inside the organisation of my potential customers. Emails threads don't allow that...

Getting inside info on who is invested in buying my product inside the organisation of a potential client.

Along is such nice clean and user friendly tool. It allows you to have a super quick implementation so that you are ready to use it with value in a really short time. Due to their integration it also fits into your workflow and makes things easier.

"The silver bullet to understand you buyers"

Along is the silver bullet to understand you buyers: It enabled us to understand where our buyers actually stand and how to proactively manage them in a seamless way to get deals signed. We now understand what buyers do outside of our calls and can manage prospects through conversion and onboarding.
