I like that I was able to obtain a number with the area code that I needed. When submitting a fax , it is easy to create a professional cover sheet. The faxes transmit quickly...I have tried other apps. This is the best one so far. Customer service is great if you have any issues **What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?** Nothing that I did not like. I think this just might be the best performing fax app. **What problems is Fax.Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time and energy when needing to send faxes on the go. It's the most affordable option that I found when I was researching an online fax service. I have a dedicated local fax number, and I can send and receive 100 pages each month for well under $10 per month. I can upgrade anytime if my needs change, and the next plan above the basic plan is well priced. **What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?** The billing system they use is a little different. It could probably use some improvements. You don't really pay a monthly bill. You purchase credits, the credits sit in your account, and then they deduct the monthly balance from your credits... It's just confusing to me sometimes, but it's functional, and if that's the worst thing about their service, I'll take it! **Recommendations to others considering Fax.Plus:** Every person's needs are different from the next person's needs. Utilize the free trial versions of the other e-fax services, including fax.plus, then make a decision which is best for you. This service is everything I need at the best price for the amount of faxes I process per month. Just do your homework! **What problems is Fax.Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't find myself needing to use a fax machine very often. When I need to fax something, it's usually many documents that I need to send all at once. While shopping for an e-fax service, I was frustrated because the low-priced/free tiered services wouldn't allow me to a stack of documents all at one time without spending a ton of money! The higher tiers were not cost-effective at all. Fax.Plus has been perfect. I get the right amount of faxes per month, at just the price. ### 10. We have utilized the email to fax feature to integrate this online fax service into our own system, and it has helped us go paperless. There is also the cool Slack integration feature to receive faxes in our desired Slack channel as well as fax notifications. **What do you dislike about Fax.Plus?** I can't think of anything we dislike about FAX.PLUS. Having the electronic signature feature on the Web app, could be our request for the next update. **What problems is Fax.Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** First of all, it's saving us time, money, paper and a lot more (Compared to the traditional fax machine solution). Our fax number is always ready to receive fax and we can manage our entire fax numbers under one single account.
