Frequent connectivity issues as well. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aloha has made interactions with customers quicker and more pleasant, as cashiers are able to quickly move through screens when placing the order. ### 2. Have a back up plan so you dont have to turn customers away. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to ring up orders when its not javing issues. ### 3. The cashiers and customers alike use this system with ease. It is quick and most of our customers seem to like that aspect. I like that is interactive for customers and employees. **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** What I dislike about the system is the fact that I am disappointed in the reliability. Even when the system was brand new it was breaking down from day one. On a daily basis either a monitor freezes or a pin pad goes off-line. The pin pad also asks too many questions. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems that are solved using the system, or it cuts down on checkout time and customers do not have to wait in line. ### 4. It allows you to pinpoint or narrow down your touchscreen options for a fairly common sense approach to POS entries. **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** I dislike the customer service engagement. I dislike the opportunities that are left out for a more streamlined and user-friendly interface. Also, the reporting coming from Aloha should be able to provide insight for any analytic your company desires and yet it is very clunky only provides a broad spectrum of information. **Recommendations to others considering Aloha Cloud:** Check out all options before choosing a POS system, and make sure if you chose ALOHA that both and front and back end use is going to suit the needs of your business. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows team members to have a POS as well as a time clock. It allows management reporting for each of these on the back end. ### 6. Clear to read and understand ou **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** Outdated look but gets the job done. I wish you could split off seats and checks at the same time. I would also like to have a timer on the hold button so you can delay the fire for let's say 5 min. Also wish that you could add to the modify line without having to type everything back out again :( **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication ### 7. Additionally actions can be very tedious. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizes all employee payment and benefits. ### 8. JetPay - much to be desired for overall HR functions **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2017 **What do you like best about Aloha Cloud?** I am not satisfied with the level of ease and/or tweaking the system to meet our HR needs **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** The system is primarily used as our record keeper for payroll information. However, it is also the main database of our personnel information. The user functions are not friendly for uses outside of payroll. It is a challenge to integrate ATS with this system as well as build IT reports that are not a part of the database. **Recommendations to others considering Aloha Cloud:** Applications are moving towards a cloud-based system. I don't think JetPay will be able to support customer needs unless it upgrades to cloud based and a more user-friendly, online version. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only reason we have kept the JetPay payroll system is due to its ability to process PA taxes ### 9. It is steady and consistent. **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** The customer service is less than desirable. Help is hard to come by and doesn't always provide timely and helpful answers. The system is rather old and does not to any maintenance to upgrade or maintain it very easily. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are married to this system because of how it interacts with our other databases. We get the benefits of being able to collect data, but there might be better solutions out there. ### 10. It interacts well with Faculty contract modules. The core payroll and demographic data is laid out well, very easy to read. **What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud?** THere are better payroll systems that offer more robust payroll and HRIS data fields and reporting. There are only a small number of support staff that seems to be both available and knowledageable when needed. Interfaces are difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Aloha Cloud:** Take advantage of the support you receive....some are great, some are not as strong. **What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It serves as a core data base for payroll and basic employee demographics.
