ACS, the best bang for the buck on MRP software? **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** David M. | Engineer, Oil & Energy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2015 **What do you like best about Almyta Control System?** A fully functional MRP II system. For this price? I spent years looking at ACS and other systems and for a SME I could find NOTHING with more bang for the buck. **What do you dislike about Almyta Control System?** The access front end. A nicer, slicker front end could be written which woudl make the product even better. **Recommendations to others considering Almyta Control System:** Don't let the price put you off. Unless you can tell me otherwise, you cannot get anything else close to this functionality for this budget. Benchmark ACS against other systems and look at the results and ACS very seriously. **What problems is Almyta Control System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used excel spreadsheets and word templates for purchasing, record keeping, stock control. We got rid of data duplication, improved stock control. We implemented a link from our PDM system to publish item master and BOM information into the ACS SQL back end.
