"Blaze Saves Me Time and Keeps My Marketing Consistent"
4/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

What I like most about Blaze is how much time it saves me when creating marketing content. I use it for two different projects, SlushBook and VinterGuide, and it helps me quickly generate social media posts, marketing ideas, and campaign content. The output quality is consistently good, and it helps me stay productive even when I have limited time available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

My biggest challenge with Blaze is keeping track of billing and payments. I would like to receive automatic receipts or invoices by email whenever a payment is processed. Currently, I need to check the billing section manually, which can make it harder to maintain a clear overview of expenses. Other than that, I have had a very positive experience with the platform. "Streamlined Social Media Management with AI"
4/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I love Blaze's ease of use and the brand kit feature, which allows us to upload various assets like web pages, videos, photos, and sell sheets. This helps in training the platform, adding a layer of authenticity and control to the content it produces. It's a pretty cool aspect that lets the system run effectively if you start with good information. Blaze has been instrumental in creating more content than ever and getting it out quickly, engaging with prospective customers faster than before. The AI-powered platform has enabled us to cut costs in social media management, making it self-sufficient without needing other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

Had a little bit of difficulty setting it up in the beginning. We had some problems with workspace management. However, we were able to get on Zoom meetings and direct calls with Blaze AI's support team, who were able to walk us through and refund our account for any additional charges incurred while we were kind of in between two sandboxes. While it was an issue getting started, the team was really helpful in getting every issue resolved. Also, had some workspace sandbox issues where certain things weren't copying over and weren't able to move our subscription over, but the customer support team was able to address these things and get us going in the right direction. "Phenomenal Tool for Startups, Intuitive and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I love all their videos that come with great support and help, perfect for dipping in and out of. They've really considered who will be using Blaze, understanding that many of us are short on time to learn new skills. Everything is really intuitive and very simple. I just click a button to add my branding, and it's immediately available. Blaze takes care of everything by monitoring what it has done, evaluates what works, and identifies improvements. It surprises me with fresh, inviting content on my schedule, making me feel like someone skilled is in charge of my content delivery. I also downloaded Blaze Studio to turn images into videos, which has been amazing. They are quick and do exactly what I need them to do. The movement in the images captures attention when I'm doing my content, and I look forward to using it more. The initial setup was super easy, especially the second time around, with everything quick and easy to follow. In ten minutes, we were up and running, and I'm thrilled to work with Blaze. It runs so well, and I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

At this stage, I think the only criticisms I have are very minor, and it's not something that Blaze necessarily can fix immediately. The videos that it does create are fantastic with some brilliant attention to detail. However, there are odd AI tricks every so often and some fumblings. There's the disappearing pen that was in one hand and then it appeared in the other hand without showing how it moved. The book magically stayed up with no gravity, and there was a laptop that was the wrong way around. These are minor issues that I believe will develop over time and improve as AI technology gets better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Social Media Management, But Costly"
4/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I love how Blaze helps me have more structure in my marketing, especially with regular posting and content creation. It's great that it can organize my week in advance, allowing me to make quick changes when needed. I also love how helpful it is for posting on multiple platforms, creating really good content, and how easy it is for me to input information about my business. Blaze makes it simple to create social media content, which I find very helpful. I really love the scheduling feature because it helps me plan ahead and keep posts consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

I think it would be better if Blaze added emojis to Instagram social media captions. Sometimes it puts too many hashtags, whereas Instagram only recommends using five. I also have to manually alternate the number of hashtags, which I find a bit inconvenient. The cost of the service feels high to me, even though I'm still willing to pay for it. The package limitations require me to be cautious with creative spend, which means I can't recreate posts as often as I'd like, even if I like them or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learns My Brand Voice Instantly and Creates High-Impact Socials in Seconds"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I like that I can upload my website and it instantly captures my brand voice and tone, then creates impactful social content that saves me so much time.

If you want a slightly punchier version:

I like how it learns my brand voice from my website and creates high-impact socials in seconds — it saves me hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

I’m sharing feedback from using Blaze AI’s autopilot content generation to help improve flexibility and workflow.

Can’t reset a week after deletion

If I delete generated content for a week, I can’t regenerate new content. This blocks my workflow.

Suggestion: Allow a full reset/regeneration after deletion.

Video audio is locked

Generated videos include audio with no option to separate or remove it.

Suggestion: Let users export audio/video separately or toggle audio on/off.

No visual style selection

There’s no option to choose the type of visuals (static, lifestyle, text, b-roll, brand style).

Suggestion: Add visual type selection during generation.

No Facebook Story format

Facebook Stories aren’t available as a content option.

Suggestion: Add Facebook Story formatting.

No cross-platform reuse

I can’t reuse the same creative across platforms automatically.

Suggestion: Add a feature to adapt one asset for multiple channels.

Overall, Blaze is powerful, but more flexibility in regeneration, media control, and platform options would greatly improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Brand-Consistent Content Creation but only about 50% accurate on first attempt"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I like a lot of the content Blaze creates and the way it understands our brand voice, which makes it work well with us. Blaze does a pretty good job at making the content sound like something I would do. The setup was surprisingly easy, especially when Blaze scanned our website and created a really good profile of the brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

I think that the images are too often reused, and they look just bad. For instance, over and over, I see the same exact couple. In some of the posts, it kinda just doesn't look realistic. Also every time you fix an error even if it's an error that was caused by the AI , you have to use additional credits . And when there are so many errors you run through your credit so fast. I would say that at least 40% of the content created as errors ranging from font names and information actually showing up in the post to words appearing in another language. So many many many errors and often i spent hundreds of credits trying to fix them. So now i Just reject them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Automation, But Subscription Models Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I really like that Blaze's AI can learn and create content for me, which is a huge time saver. The automation aspect of Blaze is also a tremendous help, making it easier to manage weekly content without spending too much time on creating it. The initial setup of Blaze was very easy, which made the transition smooth. I chose Blaze over Social Pilot because Blaze offered AI creation, which was not available in Social Pilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

The fact that you have to have a separate subscription for each workspace is an issue and can be the ultimate deciding factor why I do not continue to utilize Blaze in the longrun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Create Content Effectively, But It Requires Manual Editing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I like that Blaze creates content on a calendar depending on a specific prompt. Also, the brand kit works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

Editing the already made content calendar has difficulties. When editing the weekly content, it is complicated to update the prompt, and you have to go post by post and edit it. When a photo is uploaded for a particular post, it tends to duplicate the image, the logo, or add unsolicited text, which requires extra verification. Additionally, there are problems with scheduling posts, as sometimes they appear as published even if the date is in the future, which creates confusion about whether the post is scheduled or already posted. "Effortless Social Media Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

I really enjoy how easy Blaze is to use, especially for reviewing and editing upcoming schedules. It feels like I'm still able to maintain my personal touch. The way Blaze helps to both create articles and nudge me to get them out there is truly invaluable. It ensures my voice and knowledge are seen and heard across the right platforms. The initial setup was also very easy, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

There's been some duplication of content or themes, and I'm not sure if I need to do something differently to fix this. Also, I could use help with knowing where else to post, since I'm mostly limited to LinkedIn at the moment. It would be great to have some PR-type recommendations to get wider recognition. "Blaze.ai Perfectly Captures My Coaching Voice and helps with structured content posted automatically"
5/5
What do you like best about Blaze?

As a Pastoral Retirement Coach, my business relies entirely on trust and empathy. I’m walking ministry couples through one of the most vulnerable transitions of their lives (identity loss, financial anxiety, housing changes).

What I love best about Blaze.ai is that it is easy to use and it has the ability to learn my specific "coaching voice." It doesn't sound like generic, corporate AI. It understands the difference between being "professional" and being "pastoral."

The strongest feature for me is the content repurposing. I can take one in-depth blog post about something complex, like "navigating the clergy housing allowance in retirement," and Blaze instantly turns it into a week’s worth of thoughtful LinkedIn posts, a newsletter drafted in my tone, and shorter social snippets. As a solopreneur managing my own practice, this feature alone saves me 5-10 hours a week. It turns my expertise into a cohesive content strategy without me burning out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blaze?

It is an incredibly powerful tool, but it does require an upfront investment of time to really "train" it on your brand voice and assets. Don't expect magic immediately; you have to feed it good inputs to get good outputs.

Sometimes, when dealing with deeply theological or highly emotional concepts regarding pastoral retirement identity, the AI output can feel a little surface-level and needs a human polish to add that final layer of depth. But it still gets me 80% of the way there, which is a big win for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
