As a member of the Advancement team capturing correct data is critical and it is something I feel the site does really well. It then transitions pretty seamlessly into our primary database. It's very easy to use and the platform is very friendly. The costumer support is very good and fast. They really work together with you. What deliver and provide what they set out to do. There is no much. One of the things is that the platform is very good but the design is limited in somehow. You cannot change the design and specially, the structure, of the homepage. The changes available right now is the colors, fonts and the header/footer. When they are able to let you free to create your own structure and design of the page, it will be amazing!! Fairly easy to set-up. Intuitive to create pages, update news, event registrations and fundraising campaign pages. Has versatility to go from crowdfunding to premium-based funding to tickets sales to fundraising events like galas and golf tournaments. Lots of features to create value for your alumni users. Almabase has made a very simple and great looking product. The company will go out of their way to help me understand what it is that I need to know to set up a page, event page, or a fundraising campaign. When I contact Almabase, I usually receive a response within an hour of reaching out to them. The team at Almabase, especially Shweta, was extremely helpful in our Giving Tuesday Now campaign. She guided me through the whole process of setting up our page, made suggestions, and equipped me with examples to help promote our campaign. She kept in contact with me throughout the day of the campaign to encourage and offer any help I needed!
