They are always willing, and eager, to help with any issues we may have. The support team is also great about listening to the wants and needs of customers and making updates to the platform. **What do you dislike about Almabase?** The thing I like least about Almabase is the implementation process. Rather than someone sitting down and helping us et up the product and integrate it with our CRM, we were told to watch webinars. We practically set the product up on our own. Over a year later, there were some beginning stages setups that are still an issue because we didn't know much about it. **What problems is Almabase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Almabase base houses all of our giving pages as well as university wide events. ## Almabase Discussions -
