What I like most about Almabase is their staff. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you understand how their product works and to support your usage. Something that I dislike about Almabase is that, at times, there are certain input functions that can cause issues. For example, when copying an event over, sometimes it states that there is an event with that name already in existence when in reality the copy has just been made. In the past, we provided discount codes for our guests for their seated tickets. Our CEO wanted our guests to be able to pay what they could for their events.
