"Recruiting using AllyO has a lot of potential!"

What do you like best?

I like that potentially, I don't have to call and screen applicants, leave messages and then wait for a response from them. The system can do all of that and set up interviews.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that the system sets up interviews for people I wouldn't deem qualified (even if they pass the screening questions. There is so much more that has to be looked at and that involves reviewing the application. Once AllyO screens someone, I want to be able to review their completed app and if they meet the work qualifications, I can then allow AllyO to send them an invite to set up an interview.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

AllyO is working on the issue in the last question. (Austin Edy is awesome!!)

"Great Product "

What do you like best?

AllyO is very convenient for candidates to speak with a recruiter quickly without having to wait for someone to respond to their application.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I dislike about the program, however, some candidates get confused and think that they are "applying" by going through AllyO which is not the case.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our application process can be long, and this way we are getting an initial contact with candidates who may not go through the application process right away.

"Great concept and tool, but sometimes inefficient for the original intention of a prescreening tool "

What do you like best?

I like that Allyo is tailored to the individual recruiter. It's convenient being able to make adjustments to the prompt going out to candidates, seeing what is getting good responses and making necessary adjustments that further align with the larger objective

What do you dislike?

It sometimes seems like I've spent more time sending someone through Allyo who doesn't engage with the platform and therefore might in return feel disengaged with my organization and lost out on them as potential talent.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allyo allows me to dedicate more time to high-quality candidates and send "lower quality" candidate through a prescreen tool that deems whether there is value in putting them in my process.

"Allyo in a high volume recruitment environment "

What do you like best?

The flexibility of the tool, this bring a lot of value to any recruitment process, without the need to increase resources to manage ti

What do you dislike?

The tool does not source applicants for you, so in many ways its dependent of our own marketing strategy in order to deliver results.

Carefully plan the required interactions Allyo can manage for you, so you can map the proper process and responses.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automated recruitment, registration reminders, interview appts reminders, application process engagement and re-engagement processes, post-hire engagement, surveys, employee referrals and proactive engagement of potential and actual applicants.

We have been able to address all of the above with these great tool.

"Helpful in the hiring process"

What do you like best?

Generally the application brings back candidates that fit the criteria you are looking for, it's also helpful to get interviews sorted and to track statuses in the hiring process

What do you dislike?

Potential candidates can still adjust their responses to fit into the criteria so sometimes you receive too many candidates who wouldn't be a fit

It helps do the initial screening of candidates and organize the inbound volume of applicants

"I had a positive experience with AlloyO. I am excited to see how it functions when fully intergrated"

What do you like best?

The pre screening questions allow me the ability to call talent that fit what I am looking for in that moment.

What do you dislike?

Alloy O was not integrated with our front office system and I was unable to select questions that relate directly to my job posting. That would be my only frustration.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I spend less time speaking with talent that I know don't have skill sets I'm looking for.

"Time Saver"

What do you like best?

Not be accountable for the upfront coordination of scheduling interviews

What do you dislike?

When cands contact me with questions about tech issues. They contact me for help and I have to send them back to you.

"The pop-up box on the website is slightly annoying."

What do you like best?

you can ask questions and it will try to answer

What do you dislike?

It pops up and confuses new applicants and gets in the way when I am searching for an application

If I click the "X" that it does not continue to pop up every time I search. Once I click the "x" it should not keep popping up

"Recruiting when the system began"

What do you like best?

It is automatic and cuts down of some of the workload

What do you dislike?

The system sometimes provides unqualified applicants for jobs and sets interview appointments for these people which is a waste of staff time as well as the applicant

Work load s cut down but having to try to switch unqualified individuals to other jobs is sometimes hard

"It's good when it's working properly"

What do you like best?

Scheduling appointments for me, however, sometimes it creates more work for recruiters reaching out to candidates requesting a resume from them because they originally did not upload one with their application.

What do you dislike?

The glitches we have encountered lately, sometimes appointments are scheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

It saves time for the most part

"Allyo connects with young people"

What do you like best?

it does capture attention for folks under 25 or so.

What do you dislike?

Older (over 60) people think they are talking to a real person. Still a learning curve there.

Great for the younger crowd

I know we have hired folks that might not normally have finished the application process.

It's a bit confusing since I am so new to it.

It seems that our applicant flow is a little better.
