What do you like best about Ally.io?

Ally provides for a better place to add check-ins, and help further break down the work. also I would say this is the best way to keep track of your OKR. earlier we used spreadsheets for OKR but after moving to Ally things are really moving amazingly, a very transparent way of achieving the OKS. What do you dislike about Ally.io?

What do you like best about Ally.io?

Ally is the backbone of our OKR program. The UI is intuitive, integrations with our other platforms are plenty and easy to use and the automation and insights Ally provides are core to our rhythm of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ally.io?

The very first confusion everyone has is when does a quarter start and end. The tabular button on the top makes it very clear when a quarter starts. This ensures us that we are putting the right okr for the right quarter. I also like the parent child user interface, it’s very easy to track individual key result Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ally.io?

I probably didn’t set it up correctly but an easier way to just throw in okr through slack and better reminder email. But again it’s probably things I didn’t set up correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface can appear complex, especially to those employees that are unfamiliar with the OKR framework. Ally as a platform is only as effective as the users' understanding of the benefits of the OKR system, setting effective goals, and properly evaluating them.
