What problems is Alluxi solving and how is that benefiting you?

When my technical co-founder exited the business, I needed to quickly onboard a new developer. I found Alluxi through a series of fortunate events, and we've worked together since 2021. Since I am a non-technical co-founder, Alluxi's founder, Gustavo Reyes, immediately put me at ease by clearly explaining the process of getting them up and running. Walking into someone else's code is always tricky, and MISEbox is a complex application. We started by migrating from Heroku to AWS and then, over the years, added more developers to build additional features. Describe the project or task Alluxi helped with:

Alluxi helped Software Development.

Specifically, they created an IOs, an Android app with Online/Offline capability.

Successfully developed a WebApp, tied to AWS servers, both Asynchronous and synchronous. Alluxi suggested going from Heroku to AWS and combined the software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops).

Working with them was easy. I was concerned with reliability, so Alluxi set up multi-location redundancy.

Scheduling was easy, and they met my deadlines plus suggested improvement which

saved development time and money.

Quality of service and deliverables: I'd rate them a five on a scale of 1-5. What surprised me the most was that the things they built stood the test of time even after AWS and other 3rd party tech changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alluxi?

No matter the challenge, Alluxi found a strategy and, without hesitation, combined technologies to meet my goals. Gustavo is resourceful and trustworthy. I can rely on them keeping their word to the point where they adjust schedules (add hours without increasing fee) to ensure we meet deadlines. Alluxi made sure always to communicate. I liked how they came up with ideas to make the software better. Gustavo shared ideas on how to save money. Alluxi was receptive, and their attention to concerns was fast. What do you dislike about Alluxi?

So the question is what do I dislike about Alluxi. Honestly, there is nothing I disliked about them as a whole and my point of contact was also great. I only have positive things to say about Gustavo and his team. I guess if I have to mention something negative about Alluxi it would be that in the beginning, it took longer to get set up but I know my requirements where very specific and cumbersome at times. I interviewed 15 agencies before settling on Alluxi so i was somewhat frustrated with the process. Gustavo was pleasent and put my mind at ease immediately with their knowledge base and willingness to tackle any challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alluxi solving and how is that benefiting you?

While in the education (k-12) industry, Alluxi helped us with custom software. Precisely, we needed a way to make it easy for teachers and tutors to reach students and make their experiences more engaging.
