## About Allstacks
Allstacks is the product definition and intelligence layer for product and engineering teams to plan, manage, measure, and optimize their software factories. The platform creates rich context from your customer voice, codebase, and delivery history and provides purpose-built product and engineering agents to turn ideas into dev-ready specs, faster and cheaper. THE PROBLEM AI made producing output cheap, which moved the constraint onto the judgment calls around it. Those calls decide what to build, whether it will land, and what it costs, and they run on the causal links between strategy, requirements, tickets, commits, and the sprint that ships them. No tool in your stack stores those links. Connect your tools, point an LLM at them, and you get the data in one place without the connective tissue. Agents burn tokens circling it, hallucinate to fill the gaps, and build the wrong thing you then have to rework. The costs: Product managers piece together scattered context and cannot define work fast enough. Delivery leaders run on lagging signals and get blindsided after it's more expensive to fix. Finance estimates capitalizable work from data nobody trusts. WHAT ALLSTACKS OFFERS Allstacks consists of three core products that operate on one Context Graph. Product Studio serves as a collaborative workspace where teams can refine ideas and break them down into actionable tasks, supported by adversarial AI reviewers that assess readiness across multiple disciplines. Software Engineering Intelligence acts as a delivery layer, continuously monitoring and analyzing delivery risks, team performance, and the impact of AI coding tools. Lastly, Software Cost Capitalization automates the classification of development activities, generating finance-ready reports that align with capitalization rules without requiring timesheets. This comprehensive approach ensures that every score, recommendation, and report is backed by verifiable work items, enhancing accountability during leadership reviews and audits. Every score, recommendation, and report cites the work items, commits, and documents behind it, so the answer holds up in a leadership review or an audit. What customers have measured: - PACT creates sharper product plans 4x faster than a Claude and MCP setup - Progress Software cut cycle time by a third across 40 teams and pull-request response time by 25%. - ndustrial tripled developer velocity and saved 120 hours a quarter on reporting. - Enverus cut capitalization prep time by 70% and removed 90% of the manual effort behind the reports. The result is one account of AI-accelerated development that product, engineering, and finance can all work from. KEY USE CASES - Take an idea to a dev-ready spec: Stress-test and iterate on an idea, then decompose it into scoped epics and tickets grounded in your codebase, customer voice, and delivery history. - Score work for engineering readiness: Adversarial reviewers surface feasibility, security, and scope questions ahead of refinement rather than during it. - Manage all aspects of delivery risk: Surface delays, blocked dependencies, and readiness gaps before they escalate into missed commitments or production incidents. - Improve engineering performance: Measure against industry-standard benchmarks and get recommended optimizations from workflow analysis. - Measure AI coding impact: Track adoption and the real delivery effect of tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor across engineering teams. - Align engineering investment and focus to initiatives: Compare the initiatives you planned against where engineering time actually went. - Automate software R&D capitalization reporting: Generate audit-ready documentation from actual engineering activity, removing timesheet overhead. - Measure developer productivity and experience: Team-level flow, quality, and survey data. Allstacks measures how work moves through your system, not how individuals spend their day. ALLSTACKS CORRELATES DATA ACROSS YOUR STACK 30+ tools across the PDLC and SDLC: - Project and work management: Jira, Jira Align, Azure Boards, Linear, ServiceNow - Source control: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps - CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, plus hundreds more via webhooks - Documentation: Confluence - Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar - AI coding tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor - Spec export targets: Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Most teams connect their tools and normalize data, with first insights within 48 hours. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and offers both multi-tenant (US/EU) and single-tenant deployment options with SSO/SAML support. Allstacks keeps no parallel store of your code and does not train on your data. Trusted by product and engineering organizations including NatWest, Progress Software, RealPage, Bright Horizons, Cribl, Intapp, Alkami, CloudPay, iCIMS, and Enverus.

## Allstacks Reviews
 ### 1. Allstacks is highly recommendable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James A. | AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

easy to use and intuitive User exepreicne

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

honeslty nonegative feedback here from me

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless integration

 ### 2. Allstacks is a great tool for aggregating team data.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | Engineering Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

The most helpful part of Allstacks is having views and statistics for all of our teams in one place with metrics aggregated across multiple data sources. Allstacks also has great customer support that is willing to help ensure that we have everything that our company needs. With a simple integration process for multiple sources of data, we can easily share data across our organization.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Data syncing currently occurs once per day. While that is sufficient for keeping track of overall data aggregation, a more up to date sync of data would be much more convenient for ensuring changes are accurate instead of returning a day later to confirm.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allstacks is helping to show company executives metrics from aggregated data sources across the organization.

 ### 3. Allstacks Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Able to capture key metrics on team performance and helps identify areas of improvement and delta's we can get the teams to focus on.

I like the forecasting abilities as well - this is critical in the delivery space, takes the guess work out and removes the need for me to tediously manually calculate forecasts (which I was doing prior to using Allstacks)

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

I would like the ability to see the teams work on a sprintly basis (by default); We are still able to get this by changing date ranges, but would be great if we can set this as a default feature

Say vs Do widget - would be great to be able to change the date ranges so they are more in-line with sprints

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting - using historical data and also sourcing data from 3 sources (Jira, CicleCi and Github). Getting data that help drive our technical KPI's

 ### 4. Allstacks makes it easier to visualize data and keep stakeholders informed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Allstacks allows us to visualize data like never before. Trends around execution and delivery metrics become much easier to follow. It is quick and straightforward to enable the integrations to allow us to pull from our different repositiories and systems. The Allstacks team are very receptive to feedback and constantly implementing additional features to add value to the product. We're now using this on a daily basis and have built it into many of our processes and meetings.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to understand the forecasts and estimations. At the end of the day these projections can only be as good as your source data, which is not necessarily a fault of Allstacks but certainly an area for our organization to improve upon.

I do wish that the synchronization of data was more frequent as we are often making changes in Jira and need to wait until the following day to see them represented.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allstacks allows us to visualize our portfolio and make decisions on our investments and focus areas.

 ### 5. Getting a lot of value out of Allstacks so far, very excited for more features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Transparency - it's really powerful having the ability to view the underlying data for the metrics/charts. This was not an option with other tools I've used (e.g Pluralsite Flow) and it allows me to track down the root cause of a negative trend.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Most of these aren't dislikes, they are just feature requests.

The biggest thing is customizability. There is already a lot of great options when it comes to customization - e.g filtering; tweaking metrics' configurations; customizing dashboards; etc - but it would be great to have the ability to create my own metrics outside of the standard metrics that are available. I'm thinking this would be like a sandbox where we have access to all data that's available and can build custom charts/metrics. For example, I know Allstacks has time tracking data, but I really have no way to access it. Another example is the milestones and portfolio - I wish it was easier to customize the underlying tickets. For example, I wish I could filter out subtasks for my milestones.

I wish there was a way to see the specific lines of code that lead to a certain data point. For example, we can see the # of lines that are considered churn, but we cannot see the specific lines of code. It would be super helpful if I could open up a window from the data to see which lines of code resulted in the churn data. This would help me coach more effectively.

I wish we could filter out certain folders in a repository. For example, test files lead to a lot of noise in the data, like churn (I would expect more churn in tests). It would make the data more accurate/useful if I was able to filter out certain folders that don't matter to me as much.

I also wish it was easier to copy existing metrics/charts. I know Allstacks is continuously adding improvements - e.g ability to duplicate a dashboard; ability to edit a chart within a dashboard - so I have confidence this will continue. But as of today, it's not easy to just copy a single chart from one dashboard to another

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to better monitor and coach software development teams. The areas that are most beneficial: PR metrics (comments, team distribution or approvals, size, time from creation to merge), velocity, cycle time (I was able to filter this down to our non-coding DOD tasks to see a breakdown of where we are spending our time), commit size vs benchmark, developer activity and actions

 ### 6. Software Engineer Lead

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Allstack brings a lot of KPI for our developments and helps us to find issues in our procedure.
It allows to deep dive and focus with the team to find the best workflow, that's great.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

None for now :)
I use it for since 1 months and for now I didn't find something that doesn't fit my needs.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With AllStacks we can follow the team progression and especially our product progression. We can find culgrit on focus on them.
With that, we can refocus the team and find a way to be better.

 ### 7. Complete overview for a scrum team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyas H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

The UI is very pretty and the graphs generated are very useful.
The consolidation of data and ease to use are also huge wins.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

The delay in it reading the data is a bit of a hindrance. Also don't have full admin privileges to see how good it is, but that is more of a me problem than a you one.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a clear and visual representation of the issues constantly plaguing our team and helps identify the problem areas to tackle first. Also highlights all the good things done by the team which might have gone unnoticed before.

 ### 8. Amazing Insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Data depts and visualizations of information to help me understanding my work and team.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

It can be overwhelming. Data can be represented in so many ways.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allws me to see how things are, and areas I can focus on to improve.

 ### 9. Predictive analytics make for smarter sprint planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Forecasts for project completion, particularly at the epic level

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Getting the integration with JIRA to pull in the correct metrics for all of my engineers has been finicky at times.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Measuring velocity for more accurate sprint planning.

 ### 10. A great product for actionable metrics!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

I like the flexibility of the term to meet the metric needs we have. They have provided us with a group of metrics that we were previously gathering and calculating with several manual steps.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

So far I haven't found any dislikes. I think we have our metrics covered and it will allow us to fine-tune our team planning and make small incremental changes. Giving us the highest amount of efficiency without the need to gather data and calculate manually.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several scrum teams and we had little insight into how well we are planning. Allstacks is taking the pain out of doing these calculations, making it a real dashboard (Azure DevOps doesn't provide this type of data out of the box).

 ### 11. Great platform for improving organisation productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajith k. | CONSULTANT, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Great platform to efficiently track deliverables and helps management to find bottlenecks in the development cycles by analyzing the metrics.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Nothing to dislike - it takes some time for the user to get familiar with the features.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking deliverables in projects, finding bottlenecks with metrics

 ### 12. Allstacks gives us a neat way of measuring progress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

I like how intuitive it is for us to see and therefore measure progress on Jira epics against their subsequent child tasks

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

If it hasn't been updated at the time of writing, it's painful that jira items don't automatically get pulled in to Allstacks

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us a high level overview on our initiatives and their progress

 ### 13. Cool product, great team

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt J. | Distinguished Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

They do the legwork of aggregating all the various data in one place and then give you the tools to use it easily.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

It can be confusing to configure or difficult to get exactly what you want out of it sometimes... or to understand exactly what it's doing, but the team is always helpful in these cases.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can keep a high level eye on our dev teams and generate custom reports that include data from both Jira and Github (and other places). You can create views that allow you to spot potential signs of burnout and such.

 ### 14. Allstack is Good tool to analysis your team work and provide report to client

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran C. | Technical Architecture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

I like the dashboard and user-friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

I wouldn't say I like it. When I first came, I was confused about where and how to check data.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As per client requirements and our internal condition, we need to check Team efforts and Progress of Team

**Official Response from Kristi Bjornaas:**

> Hey Kiran - glad the dashboards are helpful. We're working on improving that first-time experience. Would love your feedback once all of that is rolled out.

 ### 15. Great tool to deep dive into your team's efficiency with amazing support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanja G. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Very responsive support from the team in Allstack. Great UI (once you get your head around it) with brilliant insights about the teams' efficiency, showing bottlenecks in the processes. Reports are useful to discuss with management as showing clearly where the focus is needed.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

The system needs overnight to populate information from jira projects.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bottlenecks and improving current processes

**Official Response from Kristi Bjornaas:**

> Thanks for your support and for sharing your experience using Allstacks, Tanja!

 ### 16. Pretty good so far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael E. | Agile Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

The allstacks team is very attentive and respond quickly to questions and concerns.

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

Honestly the tool is very robust, so it takes some getting used to. because the allstacks team is attentive most questions get answered quickly. However, more tutorials or walk-throughs in the interface might be helpful.

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency on project tracking is my main focus.

 ### 17. Great tool for finding ways to improve your dev process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Allstacks?**

Pulls together disparate data to give insights that aren't readily obvious - it's a great edge for a scrum team that is empowered to improve their own processes!

**What do you dislike about Allstacks?**

- Can be difficult to know what problem to focus on next
- In some ways is more designed for project managers / business analysts than for scrum teams

**What problems is Allstacks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving scrum/planning processes
