I was looking for a suite of tools that would help me organize my business better. AllProWebTools is a suite of tools that provides the control and organization I needed. What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm the owner of a small marketing company. My team and I use a lot of tools to help us get the job done. I recently started using AllProWebTools and I love it. The suite is extremely well-rounded. With so many different tools, it's hard to find something that does everything I need. But with AllProWebTools, it does! I've been using it for a few months now to manage my business and I love it. It has really helped increase my productivity and make my life easier. The support team at AllPro is VERY responsive. They dig, research and have gone above and beyond to help me integrate strategies and problem solve with our systems. Any need I have, they have taken upon themselves to figure out how to make my job easier, how to run my business smoother. They are proactive, receptive, approachable and partners with me in this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AllProWebTools? I'm uneducated in my dislike - I'm no software developer. It must be a bare to really constantly be changing and adjusting a software that you developed and I don't know if my dislike is even fixable....that being said....Changes that I need implemented to shift the nature and efficiency of my team seem to take a long time to implement. I know I'm not their only customer and they acknowledge me/my need and tell me that a change I recommended will be implemented by "such and such" a date....it just is often months away and I become disheartened in it. We also have a process that adjusts as we grow to reconnect with leads that perhaps haven't converted. This process we can track and implement through AllPro's status' we are able to customize to ourselves. Office Manager Automotive Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 6/3/2016 "AllProWebTools is so user friendly!" 4/5 What do you like best about AllProWebTools? The system is very easy to use and the user customization is great. I can take away access to users that do not need to access certain areas of the console and that is a very handy feature! I really like that you can sort the dashboard, so if I just need to see recent tasks or invoices they are right there where I can see them, no hunting them down. You can also sort by employee so if I knew who said it but can't find it that is another way to filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AllProWebTools? I would like a little more ease of use and customization in the gallery area as that is the bulk of our website. It's not hard there are just a lot of steps. I would also love to see the ability to rearrange the listing of the galleries myself, currently they are chronological by date entered. I have already posted to their forum about this so I am sure they are working on it, but I would also like the ability to change the amount of time on a time punch once it shows up in the shopping cart. In the restoration industry things some times take longer than anticipated, as a business we don't always want to pass the full cost of that to the customer. So when a tech clocks into something for 4 hours and we think maybe we should only charge 3 hours I would like to see the ability to change that right there as opposed to adding a 1 hour discount to the end of the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is AllProWebTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Time tracking. Time tracking is the most important part of our AllProWebTools system. We use the time clock system to clock in and out of projects and those punches are directly linked to the customers invoice. This is nice because it takes the guess work out of invoicing. And the customers can see exactly how long it took to do everything on the project. We also have the ability to email invoices so there is no "getting lost in the mail" Plus the dashboard is very clear as to what is paid and what isn't, I know who is pending payment at a glance.
