While the normal APIs are still supported perfectly, we wish we'd built on Alloy's Unified API initially because it makes it easy to scale across platforms. We hit bugs fairly often. The bugs are addressed quickly by the Alloy team but based on the current system it's very tricky to tell if my team or if Alloy is the source of the issues. The Alloy team is very knowledgeable about all things integrations. Originally we were going to hire dedicated integrations engineers because we have ambitious plans to expand our existing partner marketplace.
