## About Alloy Automation
The Agentic AI Infrastructure Platform for Product and Engineering Teams Alloy Automation helps product and engineering teams power real-world AI capabilities by connecting their agents and applications to hundreds of critical business systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Connectivity API (CAPI). Together, they form the foundation of Alloy’s agentic infrastructure — enabling secure, context-aware, and scalable access to data and actions across every part of your tech stack. Connectivity API (CAPI) provides unified, programmatic access to over 400 SaaS, fintech, commerce, and ERP systems. It standardizes integration complexity through a single, reliable API that handles OAuth, schema mapping, retries, versioning, and monitoring — so developers can move faster without reinventing the wheel. With CAPI, you can embed real-time data flows and bi-directional sync into your product or agent framework in days instead of months. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) Registry allows teams to create and host MCP servers that bridge AI agents with real-world systems. Each MCP server provides secure, remote-hosted access to tools and data sources with built-in permissioning, authentication, and contextual metadata. Agents can discover, interpret, and execute tasks across connected systems — from CRMs and ERPs to payment and fulfillment platforms — all through a standardized, agent-native interface. Alloy also includes real-time monitoring and observability, offering full visibility into execution logs, data flow reliability, and performance across integrations and agentic actions. Optional headless UI components make it easy to embed agent or integration experiences directly into your product for a seamless, branded experience. Leading SaaS and enterprise companies — including Typeform, Xero, Mastercard, and UPS — rely on Alloy to accelerate their integration roadmaps, reduce engineering overhead, and enable AI agents to take meaningful, real-world action. Whether you’re enabling an AI agent to automate customer onboarding, trigger payments, or reconcile data, Alloy helps you go live in weeks instead of quarters.

## Alloy Automation Reviews
  ### 1. Smooth automation experience with excellent support!!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash T. | Operations and Strategy, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy Automation has made it super easy for me to connect different apps and set up automations without needing any coding skills. The platform is really simple to use, and the ready-made integrations save a lot of time. I also love how quick and helpful their support team is — they usually get back right away whenever I have a question or need help setting something up.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Sometimes the platform feels a bit limited when I try to create more complex workflows with multiple conditions. A few integrations also need some manual setup, which can be a little time-consuming. It would be great if those parts were a bit more seamless.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy Automation helps me connect different tools and automate repetitive tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual effort. It saves time, reduces human error, and keeps all my workflows running smoothly across platforms. This has really improved efficiency and allowed me to focus more on strategy rather than operations.

  ### 2. Effortlessly Streamlines Workflows and Eliminates Repetitive Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PRACHIT K. | Software Engineer - Salesforce , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

I like how Alloy Automation quietly stitches multiple tools together and clears out repetitive work. It makes messy workflows feel almost weightless

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy is powerful, but some workflows still feel like a maze—certain advanced setups demand more trial-and-error than they should, and the learning curve slows the momentum it promises.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy wipes out the chaos of manual data handoffs and broken integrations. It turns scattered tools into a single, steady rhythm—saving time, cutting errors, and letting me focus on the work that actually moves the needle.

  ### 3. integrations without the engineering overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuvaraj M. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy Automation provides an incredibly intuitive interface to connect tools across our stack without writing custom scripts or building internal integrations from scratch. The ability to drag and drop logic into workflows has made automation accessible even for non-engineering teams.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

The debugging experience could be improved. When an automation fails, it sometimes takes too many clicks to find the root cause. Also, certain advanced customizations still require developer involvement, which can be a bottleneck.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy Automation is helping us streamline and automate workflows that involve pulling, transforming, and syncing financial data from various APIs into our internal systems. Instead of manually building and maintaining custom scripts for each integration, we now use Alloy’s no-code platform to handle real-time financial data syncing—saving engineering hours and reducing the risk of data inconsistencies. This has improved the speed and reliability of financial reporting and analytics across teams.

  ### 4. Review of Alloy automation

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

They have earned a good reputation for their dedication to e-commerce integrations and their knack for simplifying intricate, multi-step workflows. As a user I really value how easy it is to use, the responsive customer support, and the capability to automate tasks across various software platforms.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Not much I can think of right off the bat

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parametrization while in streaming has always been a challenge in terms of templates; which has been relatively easy to use with Alloy automation

  ### 5. Best Alloy ever

This is my review of this alloy-making company. They are the best at their work.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Nothing at all, they are good that's why I am writing a review.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product of g2 is something. It's the best.

  ### 6. A Multi-Client Automation Dream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caelyn F. | E-Commerce Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy Automation has been key to helping us create unified automations for our roster of over 100 clients. Their unique embedded integration platform has allowed us to make singular processes that we can share across all of our clients and users.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

There have been a few bugs here and there, but Alloys team has always been quick to resolve or update them whenever they have arisen.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy has been essential to helping us create unified processes for our entire client base. This, in turn, has helped us to organize accurate and cohesive data across our organization. Before Alloy, a lot of our data was siloed, varied, or had gaps. Since onboarding Alloy, we have been more effective than ever in compiling and organizing consistent reports.

  ### 7. The Ideal iPaaS Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex L. | E-Commerce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy Automation has been a vital tool for our business because of its extensive integration capabilities covering a large catalog of platforms. What we like best about Alloy is their user-friendly automations interface that allows for efficient automation builds.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

At times there have been some product issues and bugs, however, these issues have always been quickly resolved by Alloy’s Customer Success and Engineering team.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy is helping us to free up employees time and attention by streamlining the processes that are otherwise time consuming and redundant. As such, it has benefited our organization by acting as a new employee that is fast and focused on moving out data and information across our tech stack.

  ### 8. Changing the integrations game for fintech companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sairam R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

We selected Alloy Automation for its extensive integration capabilities, which allow our merchants to seamlessly integrate our company with a vast array of crucial commerce tools and platforms. This includes major eCommerce platforms, loyalty programs, and email marketing, aligning perfectly with our vision for a holistic solution for merchants. In addition to the variey of different connectors offered by Alloy Automation, the SDK and implementation process was straightforward and easy to follow allowing us to quickly launch our integrations.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Like any software implementation there were some product issues but those were quickly and effectively addressed by Alloy’s Customer Success and Engineering teams.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our vision is to enable flexible and profitable branded payments for merchants. As a part of this vision, we are constantly striving to deliver integrations our customers request. We selected Alloy Automation over many other embedded iPaaS platforms due to large catalog of connectors offered and the variety of features that offer granular customization per user, such as their Installation Manager.

  ### 9. An up and coming integration platform that's serious about customer satisfaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Ease of use and customer support. It's generally a good app and the staff are always very motivated to help us succeed when issues arise, or even just checking in occasionally that our adoption is going well.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Missing some integrations and debugging problems can be tough sometimes. That said support is quick to help out with debugging and they're adding some features very shortly to make that self-service, and they're building out the platform and adding new integrations all the time. Other more established platforms were *also* missing some of the marketing apps we need but Alloy was eager to meet our needs.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It smooths some of the headaches of allowing our customers to connect to their accounts in different apps and allows us to offload some of the app-specific logic we would otherwise have to build into our own platform.

  ### 10. Truly white label

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy allows us to build integrations quickly and efficiently, which is really important to us. We’re able to use less of our engineers’ time than we would if we built these in house, which results in value time and cost savings. Alloy has a lot of customization and configurable options, which is also critical to our use cases. They are always receptive to feedback and provide excellent support. Once you get the hang of it, the product is extremely easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

We did run into some minor product hiccups along the way, but the team was able to resolve these quickly.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching integrations with Alloy has given our engineers valuable time back, that they’re able to use to focus on in house initiatives. It’s easy to use, and the time savings has been key for us.

  ### 11. Alloy as integration with reviews platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

It's really easy to use and the background work is the gold here, it does all the job of integrating with multiple integrations, you can transform data to suit your backend needs, you have a retry mechanism if it fails for some reason, you have logs to investigate what went wrong during a workflow execution, your end-user just have to provide his/her credentials and everything is set! It's also great to have version control so you can release newer versions of a workflow in a safe way.
Another great thing is the bulk fetching feature, pagination, filtering etc, their customer support is also very responsive so if you need anything they are there to help you out. They are open-minded so you can suggest features and they will listen and probably implement these features as soon as they can.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

The UI, it's not fluid and it does some sort of refreshes then it focus on elements that you weren't dealing with, so you have to keep "re-clicking" the element you were editing before the refresh. Also, when you are testing the embedded modal, you provide the credentials to set up some integration, then it logs you out from Alloy dashboard, that's annoying because you have to keep logging in everytime you have to test the embedded modal. Alloy could also offer a way to create reusable variables, so these variables could be used inside each integration/workflow and when you need to edit the variable, all integrations/workflows are also updated, consequently.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to spend time and use our internal developers to implement integrations one by one, we just create workflows and reuse it. We don't have to deal with integrations rate limiting, pagination, filters, errors, etc, we just receive the data we need from Alloy and if anything goes wrong, we check the logs and fix what has to be fixed. If it's some sort of instability within the integration, Alloy retries the workflow execution so 99% of the time that's enough.

  ### 12. Excellent Data Manipulation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Landon A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The Alloy Automation team provides top-notch support. They have been present throughout our initial integration process, the building of the different integration workflows, and for troubleshooting particular integration/workflow/user combinations. Hands down, the best part of this relationship has been the experience we've had with their support/success team.

The actual product gives an immense amount of flexibility for being able to do different data manipulations without having to write specific code yourself. The capacity for highly complex workflows is also very high. Most brands will find great benefit/use from implementing simple 1 to 5-step workflows, but Alloy is capable of running far more complex workflows to get you the solution you need. Alloy has created connections with a large number of tools and just about every ecommerce store will certainly find some use case for which Alloy is the solution. Great tool and an excellent experience.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

We initially explored Alloy as an option to remove the need for developers, but Alloy did require some developer resources for the initial setup for our particular brand/use case. I'm glad we dedicated those resources because it has opened up the options afterwards, but that did require an adjustment for us on the initial setup.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy helps us to set up workflows for specific user requirements. It allows us to create very specific use cases whenever our customers need something done without having to go through a normal development process that involves developers. It gives us a lot more flexibility and we can easily set up our integrations by utilizing the Alloy tools.

  ### 13. Really powerful integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Otto B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The most helpful part of our integration is that it simplified our integrations and reduced the time and effort required to deploy. We can democratize feature development across our company, which unburdens our engineers to focus on solutions they are uniquely equipped to solve.

What sets Alloy apart from the rest is not only the features they offer but also their exceptional team. Will and Kelly were instrumental in helping us understand how to optimize Alloy for our use cases, and Wali and Alex are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met.

We evaluated Alloy's new Unified API product and chose them over Rutter because of Alloy's complete platform. We aren't limited in the types of integrations we need to build across the eCommerce tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

We had a slight learning curve with some small hiccups during our initial integration, but they were committed to resolving these issues while maintaining exceptional support. It has not been a detractor for us.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy has empowered us to confidently launch integrations and be exhaustive in solving our merchants' needs while saving us time and money.

  ### 14. Great tool for fast integration of 3rd party services to your SaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gennady M. | Team Lead (Ruby, JS), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

- Easy to use. Denifing workflow is a piece of cake, just define the JSON schema of the incoming event and here you go. The rest of the work is drag-n-dropping some blocks and configuring them.
- Speed of integration with 3rd parties on a scale. In my case, I integrated Shopify and Attentive with runalloy. Runalloy helped me to skip the burden of creating apps in these platforms and pass reviews. It saves a lot of time and money.
- Customer support is excellent. I met some lacking features like Shopify Graphql API integration and some missing endpoints for Attentive, talked to support team, and got blazing-fast feedback and implemented functionality.
- Advanced tooling supported for proficient developers. Integration with AWS EventBridge was very useful and efficient for our infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

- Admin dashboard could be better. There are API endpoints to upgrade integrated workflows versions, but it's not available in UI. I had to build a small app by myself. It would be great to have this as a part of the built-in functionality.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of our SaaS application with Shopify and Attentive.

  ### 15. A great option for teams looking to easily deploy a wide variety of integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry K. | Senior Product Manager at Drip, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Without a doubt, as a product leader, it's so valuable to have close access to the Alloy team for requests and adjustments. They are communicative and supportive of our needs.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

In the early going, I can't say there's much I dislike at this point. We did request a Canva integration and they said it was not on their roadmap which was surprising, but hard to argue with their decision-making.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have very aggressive goals for our Integration team in 2024 after a year or so of not moving our integration strategy forward. We knew we needed something like Alloy that would enable us to act quickly on the integrations we knew we needed to deliver to our users.

  ### 16. Super powerful but confusing at times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin C. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Their support team has been great with us, at times pushing us to move faster. We had weekly syncs to know how much progress was done.

They helped us build many workflows because we felt stuck at times, and the feedback we gave about improvements was always welcome.

As soon as we hit any blockers they'd do their best to help us move forward.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Their workflow builder is sometimes confusing and when trying to debug an issue, if a third party app doesn't work as expected, you need their support to know what's missing or failing.

Something that's also a bit confusing is how unintuitive the UI is after you've created a workflow and need to update it or see some parameters that were set. We ended up having multiple draft versions of a particular workflow because it wasn't intuitive to see the live version.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to provide an easy way for integrating our app with some third party apps without the need of building custom APIs and error checking. Now we have common triggers that we can reuse to integrate with the apps they have on the platform, and we can also make third party apps affect how our app behaves with custom actions

  ### 17. Forget the app store, scale your integration list the easy way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brecker B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy has allowed us to integrate with multiple platforms and scale our company's offering seamlessly and effectively, both for us and for our customers!

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

I wish that Alloy made it more difficult for users to inadvertantly uninstall the app and break the integration.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers expect an easy and seamless integration experience with our software, but we do not wish to be a direct Shopify vendor on their app store. Alloy gives our customers an excellent experience and allows us to operate off the app store.

  ### 18. Lots of features, quick to launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

We were able to launch our first two integrations in 26 business days. The ability for us to go from idea to implementation on a new integration is really fast with Alloy.

Using their SDK, we can provide a completely white-labeled authentication process for our customers. They don’t even know it’s Alloy behind the scenes which was important to us.

Customer support is top notch and Wali and Alex really helped us build out what we needed.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Because we’re able to work so closely with the team there’s not a lot to dislike.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to build out integrations that connected with our customers’ most popular internal collaboration tools. Working with Alloy allowed us to build these out quickly without huge engineering resources.

Using custom events we were able to build out exactly what we needed.

Their new UAPI product offers us a way to connect to multiple applications with the click of a button once the connection is made to the first one.

  ### 19. Awesome product, helped us get to market quickly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franklyn M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Love the speed and flexibility with which we can add new systems/data to our saas product, meaning we can bring new features to market quickly. The account authentication process became much slicker for our customers through Alloy, reducing friction for onboarding new clients. Our dev team love the product and the Alloy team are awesome to work with. We highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Getting set up took slightly longer than we expected but the Alloy team were super helpful and once setup we could move quickly adding new systems. There are occasional bugs but again the team are brilliant at dealing with these and super responsive to all our requests.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a unified API and workflow management tool for us to connect to a number of cloud-based systems and import client account data. Working with Alloy embedded means we dont have to build and maintain direct connections, saving time and money.

  ### 20. Great tech with great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Integrating initially unlocks the potential of any start-up and allows you to make a connection to the most popular and powerful tooling in Shopify.

The customer support is great, and we have dedicated support when we have questions or technical needs.

The app is really easy to get started. They have an amazing API to get you going quick.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

There are always trade-offs with an emerging brand, but minor hiccups are worth the tooling.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily integrating with our favorite platforms. No API discovery needed just plug and play with the built-in GUI.

  ### 21. The Processes Accelerator, Employee Replacer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy automations has helped us streamline business processes that were previously tedious and redundant. How often do you find yourself copying information across business programs, apps, and platforms? How many times have you found yourself questioning "why isn't there a more effienct way to compile and consolidate all of this data?" If you were to review your employees roles and responsibilites, how many of them would be simply responsible for ensuring cross-platform information transfer? If you are someone who, in overseeing you operations, have asked any of these questions then Alloy automations is the solution for you. Equipped with a plethora of popular business program and app connections along with an intuative automation creation interface, Alloy Automations stands out as the gold standard for automation software.

Currently our multi-store, global merchandising agency has been using Alloy for the better of 2 months. In that time Alloys team has been extremely dilligent in working alongside ours to assist in developing and updating their solutions to our specific needs. Additionaly, they have helped to save us roughly 80 hours per week previously spent on tedious cross-platform, copy/paste processes. And that is only the tip of the iceburg.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

As a newer company, it is standard that bugs and errors can only be discovered by trial and error or via user experience. The same is the case with Alloy. Nonetheless, any time one of these issues has arose, Alloys team has been extremely effiecient to correct and release an update for the bug on an impressingly quick timeline. For this reason even when we have run into an issue, it comes with a sense of peace knowing that a solution will be developed quickly.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy automations is:

-Eliminating tedious and redunant internal processes
-Streamline cross platform information transfer
-Consolidating cross platform reports
-Increasing quarterly settlement turn around timeline
-Decreasing employee workload

  ### 22. Alloy has everything you expect out of an iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy has a very intuitive and friend interface, but what really stood out what their support. They've been very willing to collaborate with us on special requests and very attentive to bugs and issues that we've discovered along the way.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

As with any iPaaS the catalouge of integrations is always the decisive factor. We did miss some key integrations for our specific use case, and some of the integrations did go as deep as we had hoped for, but on the flipside the folks have been very willing to collaborate with us on expanding their offerings.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Alloy to expand our library of supported integrations for our email marketing automation platform

  ### 23. Excellent Customer Service and Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Outstanding customer support experience. They are always super repsonsive and helpful. They support many different intergratios. Developing integrations is streamlined through their easy to use UI.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Some features were buggy at first, but Alloy has been dillegent in fixing any bugs that have come up.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy benefits us by reducing our overall code surface. Instead of needing to know many different integration APIs, we need only to know Alloy's, which also reduces complexity.

  ### 24. Alloy makes building new integrations and works flows very straight forward.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmett N. | Technical Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The upside of Alloy is that less dev is needed to create custom workflows for customs without needing a bunch of Dev help.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Sometimes knowing if the Automation didn't work properly without diving into the logs or hearing from a customer.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy gives us the ability to quickly build workflows that make our customer's lives easier, by being able to very quickly build integrations/workflows quickly without a lot of needed dev lift time.

Alloy solves and gives the ability to build complex integrations without the need of knowing how to code.

  ### 25. Great abstraction over many different integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Helps us avoid managing multiple integrations and credentials. Excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Would really like more features like templating or custom reusable nodes to repetative actions.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to maintain multiple manual integrations, can now scale much more efficiently

  ### 26. Huge time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The best aspect of using Alloy Embedded for our integration needs was the simplicity and efficiency it brought to our development process. The ability to add all the integrations we neede combined with an easy-to-use SDK was an immense productivity booster and time saver.

Moreover, the customer support provided by Alloy was exceptional; they were responsive and assisted in the integration process. This level of support was invaluable, especially when we encountered it while building our initial workflows and getting to know the platform.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

If there's an area for Alloy Embedded to improve, it would be the initial setup of workflows. Although the SDK integration was straightforward, we did experience some minor hiccups during the early stages of workflow development.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating with numerous other SaaS companies

  ### 27. No More App Store

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Users can effortlessly integrate their Shopify accounts with our Alloy application for a flawless experience.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Our integration was developed before Alloy's Unified API was launched. Despite flawless support for standard APIs, using Alloy's Unified API from the start would have simplified platform-scaling. Future clients will enjoy these benefits immediately.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers demand straightforward integration with their Shopify data, yet we have no interest in becoming a Shopify app provider. Alloy's iPaaS allows us to satisfy both requirements: a simple click-and-connect Shopify integration without the associated app store limitations and complexities.

  ### 28. Great customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The amount of unique integrations tha tthey support is great!
Customer support is great, they are very responsive and super friendly.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

It would be good to see improvements when it comes to error handling when using workflows

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeds up integration development by unifying UI/UX experience, which get new features out for our customers quickly

  ### 29. Easy integration solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy gives us access to hundreds of potential integrations with our product. On our own, it would take far to many resources to develop these integrations. They're also super easy to work with, giving us whatever support we need to achieve our goals.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

It's harder to set up than we expected. For very simple integrations, it's amazing. For more complex integrations, there's still a significant amount of work required to get it done on our side.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy is giving us easy access to deploy our data to other systems. Without it we would be spending significantly more time on our end achieving the same goals.

  ### 30. A game changer for SaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

I really love how easy it is to build integrations and set up workflows inside of the workflow builder. It no longer takes weeks of work to build a simple integration. Also, the CS team is absolutely amazing and top tier.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

I dislike the lack of testing abilities inside of the UI. I think this is an easy area of improvement for Alloy.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy is reducing the amount of time it takes for us to build an integration. Instead of hiring an agency or taking time away from our engineers who are working on internal features, we can just build the integration inside of Alloy. It's simple and easy.

  ### 31. Excellent customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Customer support and web UI. It has a friendly UI and the documentation is complete

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Workflows lack of error details when something fai ls

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

seamlessly integration with third parties. Even though we are in an early phase of adoption, I think it has potential to speed up adding integrations to our platform

  ### 32. Unlocked a ton of opportunity!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The team addresses issues quickly and also acts on new feature/functionality requests very quickly!

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

A few bugs and hiccups but nothing that wasn' t resolved quickly.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have limited resources to build integrations, with a light technical skillset, we can build custom workflows and integrations fairly quickly. It also gives us the opportunity to test out newly requested intergrations to determine how frequently/deeply, this has helped us allocate resources more effectively. The tool is technical enough to customize for unique customer needs but easy enough for non-developers to setup workflows. The service has also been great, Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process!

  ### 33. Great product couples with excellent Customer Support

- Sleep easy knowing the imports/exports will be taken care of without issue

  ### 34. Skip the App Store

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy provides a seamless experience for our users to connect their Shopify accounts to our application.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

We built our integration before their new Unified API became available. While the normal APIs are still supported perfectly, we wish we'd built on Alloy's Unified API initially because it makes it easy to scale across platforms. New clients will benefit from the latter from day one.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers expect us to easily integrate with their Shopify data, but we do not want to be a Shopify app vendor. Alloy's iPaaS lets us have the best of both worlds: a one-click Shopify integration without the app store hurdles and restrictions.

  ### 35. Incredibly powerful integrations suite and workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian A. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The sheer number of things you can do with Alloy is incredibly powerful for any business. They also have top-tier support which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

The workflow builder had a bit of a learning curve for me. It's due to the technical aspect of the product needs, however.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy's embedded app has allowed us to scale up several integrations in a relatively short amount of time.

  ### 36. Get a lot of integrations fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

I like that they are reactive to feedback and move very fast on releasing fixes and improvements to their product.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

I can't really say anything bad about them. I think the deal we have is fair and we get a lot of support from them.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used a terrible vendor in the past to cover some missing integrations that we had. Expensive, bad quality, terrible support. Alloy was the exact opositive of all that and much more. They move quickly, cover edge-cases fast and have a competitive pricing.

  ### 37. Wali is the best!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The ease of use when integrating with new partners is top notch.
The customer service is out of this world! Wali is the perfect go to guy!

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

They need to add a few more integrations to connect with more partners

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help connect partners to each other in an effotless way

  ### 38. The best csm anyone could ask for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah K. | Software Engineer Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Alloy Embedded is remarkably user-friendly and relatively simple to implement from a technical perspective. However, what truly sets Alloy Embedded apart as a top-tier product is the exceptional Customer Success Manager (CSM) we have the privilege of working with. Whenever we encounter any complications, Abdullah is quick to address the issue and maintains excellent communication until a resolution is reached. We are extremely grateful to have him as part of our team.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

We hit bugs fairly often. The bugs are addressed quickly by the Alloy team but based on the current system it's very tricky to tell if my team or if Alloy is the source of the issues. The product needs better error handling / troubleshooting capabilities to more easily solve these problems.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to rapidly develop integrations with major software systems within our platform. Without Alloy, we would have to build these integrations individually. However, thanks to its streamlined interface, we can easily deploy and test them with minimal code. The efficiency and convenience provided by Alloy greatly accelerate our integration process.

  ### 39. Knowledgeable team, seamless integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The Alloy team is very knowledgeable about all things integrations. Originally we were going to hire dedicated integrations engineers because we have ambitious plans to expand our existing partner marketplace. But after getting started with Alloy Embedded we realize the platform also comes with expertise. Also nice that they have predefined schemas with some app categories, their universal API experience is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Everything works great, particularly impressed by the level of detail in the platform. When there are any errors the logs are quite thorough.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get through our integration roadmap 2 to 3 times faster than otherwise. Our sales team is unblocked on quite a few deals now, and our partnerships team can be more productive.

  ### 40. Great product, supportive and responsive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

With Alloy Embedded we've been able to launch 4+ integrations in a short time, with the ability to launch many more quickly. We've loved working with the onboardng and supporr team, who have been there every step of the way and made sure we're successful.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Nothing negative to call out! Solid product and team!

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's important to us to be connected to the Shopify ecosystem but takes a lot of development resources to build and launch integrations. Alloy Embedded makes this much easier and helps us deliver value to our customers that goes beyond our own app, quickly.

  ### 41. Great Product and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Easy to work with and the support was great. Alloy worked directly with us, and stuck to their word that if an API allowed it, they could do it. We also really liked the custom code block, this allowed us to add logic to our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

Didn't have a downside. Allow was easy to use and easy to setup.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a robust integration platform.

  ### 42. Amazing iPaas Tool with continued innovation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tapan D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

Amazing iPaas Tool with an extremely helpful engineering and solutions team that can plug n play solutions fast.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

It's domain specific to Ecommerce and HR automation, which is large enough for us. For other domains Allow is already building it.

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Allow for any plug n play integrations that need to be done for ETL and new tools which reduces our time to ship and run engineering tests to half.

  ### 43. robust vision, solid execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

it provides a native experience in our own platform - white labeling is the way to go.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

- parts of the flow still required alloy's branding
- limited our ability to partner with some apps natively (e.g. gorgias) so had to rebuild ourselves

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

massive speedup on integration timelines
secrets management

  ### 44. Alloy Embedded implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Alloy Automation?**

The integration was very simple from an implementation perspective! The APIs and Javascript SDK were very easy to use and get up and running in our application quickly.

**What do you dislike about Alloy Automation?**

At the time that I worked on implementing Alloy Embedded, the documentation was a little bit lacking and sometimes missing details. However it has improved significantly since then!

**What problems is Alloy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier to create 3rd party integrations without requiring any engineering effort after the initial implementation.

All is great. Haven't had any issues. Alloy team is 10/10.

We need dozens of integrations to satisfy our business needs. Alloy helps us launch & maintain those in 10x less time than.
