What do you like best about Alloy.ai?

What do you dislike about Alloy.ai?

As the company has grown, addressing bugs and fixing issues has started to take longer. There needs to be a better process in place to track issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alloy.ai:

Start with creating a vision of the ultimate solution, make sure that you gather as much data from your customers as possible. It is easy to delete data, hard to rebuild it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alloy.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Alloy, we are able to manage many retailers through one source. We used to spend our time compiling the data, now we are able to use that time looking at performance. We are able to look at multiple retailers in similar channels and compare results. This enables us to optimize assortments. What do you like best about Alloy.ai?

Alloy allows you to get to POS and other retail data quickly and effectively. The ability to interact with the different reporting widgets gives you the ability to understand what the data is telling you in many different ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy.ai?

Alloy is a visual reporting tool. There are times when the data you get out of Alloy can not be represented in the particular way that you would like, so you need to export the data, but the export functions are limited and difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alloy.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to solve customer instock issues, identify POS trends, retail sales issues and many others by using Alloy. At items we have issues with the data coming through Alloy, in that there are times when the data feed from out customers is not available due to a technical issue or some other reason.
