What do you like best about Alloy.ai?

Seeing multiple retailers data in one database is fantastic. My Executive Team likes looking at one dashboard that shows them sales trends week to week across retailers or product groups. I also love that the data is mapped to how we internally look at our products. Great tool that keeps growing and evolving. Customer service is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy.ai?

Honeslty, my dislikes are very small. It can be difficult to find certain measures for specific retailers. For example, figuring out where product is in the supply chain can be confusing and take time to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alloy.ai?

The most valuable part about alloy is my ability to customize dashboards easily. Whenever I type in a filter I need, alloy has the ability to quickly show suggestions for what I am looking for, making the experience very seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy.ai?

Since there are SO many filters and things you can toggle with, there are many valuable attributes that I simply do not know about. Also, each filter has nuances, and I wish I had a better grasp on all those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alloy.ai?

Alloy makes it easy to review and digest a huge amount of data from multiple retail accounts. I used to spend hours each week aggregating POS data from multiple sources. This is now automated by Alloy, so I can go straight into analyzing trends and answering business questions with their easy-to-use tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy.ai?

Having worked with Alloy for six years now, I have yet to encounter any issue that their team has not readily taken on. They roll out improvements and new features in real-time that continuously make their product better. Recommendations to others considering Alloy.ai:

I have never worked with another service provider that has been as responsive and nimble as Alloy. They quickly address any setup or user issues, and they are eager to incorporate suggestions into product upgrades.
