**What do you like best about AllOnMobile?**

I can now say that AllOnMobile has been helpful to me especially my field service technicians. They are now able to fill and submit the forms through their portable devices and increase the efficiency of the collected information.

**What do you dislike about AllOnMobile?**

The inability of the Columbite application to perform most of its functions when offline is especially a disadvantage for my team. A number of our technicians operate in situations where the internet connection is unpredictable.

**What problems is AllOnMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As AllOnMobile has phased out paper forms, our method of data collection has been enhanced and made more efficient. Mobile access enables technicians to accomplish forms in real time, thereby increasing data credibility and relevance.
