**What do you like best about AllMed PM?**

The cost is the best feature of the Pro Health. It does organize scheduling and patients account.  The reports are easy to run.

**What do you dislike about AllMed PM?**

It stops working at times for no reason.  The main concern is canceling or opening an account, the record would be locked.  Not sure why but sometimes will become open later.  

**What problems is AllMed PM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have to use history to store information about patients cancellations.  History is one of the main communication for office billing.  Wish it could improve to include reasons o reports can be run of cancellations, reasons for cancellations.
