**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

I love the simplicity, I love the intergrations with 3rd party platforms and the ability to customize it to meet your, specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

I don't think there are too many, I would say some of the customizations do require a bit of a work, writing out every potentail outcome and then assigning different groups for each user, for example, could be a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual efforts around forecasting, pipeline management, content management, and deal registration.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

It's easily customisable and the availability of options are vast. Comparing it with local and other PRM , Channel Mechanics serve all the needs of their customers as well as all the support are addressed in a more precise manner. We are using it vastly for MDF's and SPIFF's. Rebates are the most useful. The customer support is one of the best. Yes it's a new product, but the amount of options and versatility gives it a heads-up. We purchased it with a demo and everyone loves the output.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Instant improvements and updates are there , hence we can't blame anything on them. Using it for the last 6-8 months we are very satisfied.

Customer service support is great and the ability to customise the needs are useful.

There have been some minor cosmetic issues, but they have been flagged and are currently being addressed.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

The development and program / project management team is very responsive. They have very well defined processes and methods of communication that give us the visibility and flexibility to react to our business needs in a timely fashion. The support team is able to respond quickly if anything should not operate as expected and I cannot recall ever having the system unavailble, even during updates and refreshes.  Bi directional data integration with boundary systems is well established and broad.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

There is nothing I dislike about Channel Mechaniccs PRM.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channel Mechanics helps us to give our partners visibility into business performance and program compliance information for our partners.  The system makes compliance questions and business performance metrics available for external and internal audiences 24 x7 and reduces requests for these types of infomration. It increases both internal employee and external partner efficiency and increases the ease of doing business with us.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

Inherently, they just get the ins and outs of channel management, and the tools required to support both partners and vendors alike.  Not only that, but they're a super team to work with.  Even if the tools don't do what you need out of the box, they're willing to talk and listen about things they've seen work with other vendors, and offer suggestions about how you can solve the problem you're facing.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

At this point, no major complaints - save for just the fact that they're such in high demand that sometimes things take a little longer than originally projected.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, our organization is leveraging Channel Mechanics for Incentive management, MDF management, Partner Leveling and Partner Data visibility -- basically the bedrocks of channel management, and in areas where there's a need to simplify both the data and the processes for scaling businesses.  Long and the short of it, with Channel Mechanics, things that would take days or weeks can be done in a matter of hours.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

CM is an industry leader for PRM and I have worked with them as I've moved multiple roles and companies.  Their offering is consistent and an outstanding experience for our partners community.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

One of the things that I love about working with CM is that they are a small team.  At the same time, my past team members have struggled with not having someone to always assist (with specific programs) in our own timezone (EST).  I do know that CM has hired some team members in the US -- so maybe that has addressed the time zone issue.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In past companies, CM processed incentives (MDF, Trade-In, rebates) on behalf of our team.  This was extremely helpful as it removed the manual process and burden from our company and it made a consistent experience for our partners in their platform.

Ease of Implementation - scoping our solution with Channel Mechanics has been a relatively straighforward process, and the team has been great to work with!

Time it takes to load and or process the Partner Portal screens.

Creating a centralized portal for our Certified Partners (content management, reporting, partner performance management, etc...)

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

Our company had a partner program for many years but did not have a platform to manage it. We evaluated several products and the Channel Mechanics offering was the best fit for the money.  They did not disappoint!  They guided us through the implementation and provided seamless integration with SalesForce.   The reports provide great insight to partner activity.  They are definitely one of the best vendors we work with.

No complaints! When we have questions they either show us the feature or provide another way to accomplish the task.

We could only guess on partner activity prior to Channel Mechnanics.   Now we know which partners are active and have insight to their prospects for forecasting

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

Channel Mechanics integration team and their attention to detail was excellent.  They worked shoulder to shoulder with my team to ensure our expectations were met, very little disruption to our channel partners, and helped us with a very successful launch.   The data collection and reporting provided by Channel Mechanics have given my channel managers the tools to grow our business and insight into our channel partners' performance.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

The dislike, or better yet, to level set the expectation, Channel Mechanics is a tool - and as such, it is as good as the data that a person or team feeds it.  This isn't a platform that will give you instant growth but it does provide the user/company with the means to collect and manage data so that business decisions can be made in a timely, efficient manner.   As stated, this isn't really a dislike but just a level set of what to expcet from a platform such as Channel Mechanics.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

Our Allbound portal is easy to access and navigate.  Creating playbooks and training paths for new partners allows us to grow our channel without adding full-time staff to our team.  The portal looks very professional, unlike our previous WordPress portal.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

We have had a few Resellers ask about marketing metrics from the prospect pages.  Currently we can only see how many views, not the specifics of who viewed, how long they were on the page, or if they forwarded to anyone else on their team.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized location for marketing collateral for a single point of access and updates.  Deal registration with a customized scoping form ensures that we receive all of the detail necessary for us to request a quote or presales resource for an intro call.  Introductory training for new Resellers is now automated which saves time for our internal team and ensures that our resellers have access to the training at any time.

Simple and easy to use user interface. Provides quick access to all programs and content. Integrated BI report/solution is also a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Some times, certain functionality does take a while to load due to the amount of data being loaded.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current system is focused on being an ordering system only. However as a distributor, we need to add value to our reseller network. We identified three issues voiced by our reseller network:

- Better order automation and ease of ordering
- Access to content library that provides the resellers with the necessary content for their marketing team as well as ease of access to all program related materials.
- Access to analytical reporting to allow reseller dealer principals to view their organisations performance and make data-driven business decision regarding various functional areas.
 
With Channel Mechanics PRM, we are now able to provide all the above and we are continually working with the Channel Mechanics teams to provide further value to our reseller network. It is great to have them on board and see their willingness to aid us in continually serving our reseller network.

It's simple and straightforward to use. It's easy to make updates to content and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

It's a little clunky. You cannot filter rejected deals out of the pipeline, and it can be challenging to create meaningful PJA notifications.

Our channel program is new and Allbound is great for getting partners to register deals and get certified. The Channel insights help us measure the metrics of our growth month over month and are helping us prove the success of the channel.

Channel Mechanics has worked with our partner-facing data to present it in a comprehensive, while still easily digestible format.  The visuals are user-friendly and designed to drive engagement with our channel community.  The Channel Mechanics team has been helpful and resolved issues quickly to the best of their abilities.  Our regular cadence meetings help keep both organizations on track and ensure we are meeting our deliverables.  I always feel like we are two sides of the same team working towards a common objective - providing a great channel management tool set that meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

We occassional experienced some data issue - not uncommon when handling such a large amount of data on a monthly basis.  These issues were generally resolved quickly with input from both Mitel and Channel Mechanics.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Channel Mechanics is used to level and measure our partners on a monthly basis. We are able to clearly measure not only our Partners sales performance but also their engagement with our Sales and Technical training requirements for our overall Program structure.  Their levelling data reporting is easy to use and very comprehensive.  We can pull the data quickly and easily at anytime to get a clear picture of how are partners are performing against a variety of KPIs.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

It's very easy to onboard and set up for client resources. We use this daily for multiple accounts. 

My company is able to easily upload many documents, videos, etc for clients to access without needing to create a back and forth email chain.

We were onboarded to Allbound very easily and were supported through the entire setup.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Resource UI needs an improvement. From a user standpoint, it's easy to miss the "View Now" button on the right to download a PDF or view a video. I think some layout adjustments need to be made on this screen. 

It's visually unappealing and could use a face lift.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allbound helps us solve for communication between partners and clients.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

The integration team at Channel Mechanics exhibited exceptional diligence and precision. They collaborated closely with our staff, effectively becoming an extension of our team to fulfil our project specifications. Their efforts resulted in minimal disturbance to our channel partners and contributed to a seamless product rollout. Additionally, the sophisticated data gathering and reporting capabilities offered by Channel Mechanics have equipped our channel managers with the necessary resources to expand our operations and gain a valuable understanding of our channel partners' efficacy.

I can’t pinpoint any shortcomings in my experience. The team consistently demonstrates a readiness to absorb our feedback and continually strives to refine their offerings. Thanks to their attentive support staff, they handle the occasional minor hiccup with impressive speed. I would undoubtedly advocate for their services with high confidence.

The adoption of Channel Mechanics' PRM system has revolutionized the way we administer our channel programs, liberating us from the confines of spreadsheets and endless email chains. This shift has significantly unburdened our time and resources.

Handling the voluminous data associated with our indirect partners and distributors, particularly concerning point of sale and inventory reports, was a towering challenge. After considering various alternatives, it became clear that Channel Mechanics stood out with its streamlined processes and delivery of actionable insights.

**What do you like best about Channelscaler?**

With the implementation of Allbound, the ability to provide all assets and tools in one place, as well as keep open lines of updated communication visible is invaluable. For almost every partner question we receive, we can answer it with "you can find it in our Partner Portal in xxx location". The ability for our vast partner ecosystem to self-serve allows us to grow and serve at a much greater capacity than before.
I use Allbound myself all day - I keep the tab open because I refer to the partner details and content constantly. There's no way to keep the amount of information required in our heads - so having a quick click and scroll to find the answer saves me a huge amount of time as well. 
This is a critical application for organizations that are serious about their partner program.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

I can't think of anything I don't like. It has revealed some inefficiencies in our set up of our CRM fields that became apparant during mapping, but with tweaks these were remedied.

Tracking pipeline and lead source more accurately
Communicating with partners holistically and globally with the same messaging and content

Channel Mechanics is a powerful tool that offers an extensive set of features that can be customized  to support all our partner channel needs. It creates a holistic one stop shop for partners that helps partners to understand program requirements and see how they are tracking towards their goals. They are true experts in channels and channel management and always willing to share best practices to help us design the platform that meet all our needs. The team is also very supportive and responsive!

There is nothing that I dislike. The team is always willing to listen to our needs and constantly work on enhancements. Any minor issues that may arise always dealt with quickly by support team. Highly recommend!T

This PRM is very easy to edit, we can do it yourself in a little time.

Name of the email sent to create and activate an account in Channel Mechnics.
Some customers think the email as a scammer and go to Junk Email

The base models are a good foundation for building any PRM. The knowledgable support team provides solutions to existing issues creating a more streamlined workflow. Once learning how to use the tool, it is easy to navigate and update program details on our own.

My company requires a lot of customization within the tool. We are sometimes limited in business practices (typically can be resolved with user stories) and required to leave certain features visible to users when they are not part of our workflow, which causes confusion. We have also not been able to prioritize integrations due to both sides of the relationship.

Channel Mechanics is easy to use and we've been able to customize all of our programs to fit our needs and our partners.

We also appreciate the weekly check-in calls with our CSM, Michelle and she is quick to answer any questions or issues over email.

One thing I dislike about Channel Mechanics is the reporting. The reporting dashboard is helpful, but I'm not able to see a full picture when exporting the data to a spreadsheet.

Our CSM keeps us in the know of all latest developments and routinely meets with us to ensure we are getting the maximum ROI from the portal. Their technical support is top notch too and while we have had issues, they have always been resolved in a timely and effective manner with least business disruption.

The most helpful part for us is in managing our Partner incentives and payments. This will soon be the case for MDF as well. For program management, their compliance module and Partner Performance Dashboard functionality will make it so much easier come tier evaluation and releveling as well as being able to see a comprehensive view on the health of each Partner. They can see it, too and will allow our channel managers to use it in their planning and reviews on the accounts they own.

Buying their services, means you are investing in strengthening your business functions, teams and channel capability. Beyond an awesome PRM tool is a business who take the time to understand your own business DNA to ensure you deliver the best solution together.

The interface is not as trendy or glitsy as some out there. However, functionality and customisation is far superior. There is no dislike that I can state here as the team are willing to take on board and work with us on every enhancement we request.

Taking a complex and large set of data and translating it into an easy to understand, easy to manage solution. Channel Mechanics is very knowledgeable in Channel Operations. As many of them come out of companies with personal channel experience they dont just provide a great platform, but also business insights and advice, where needed.

Really nothing critical to mention. Sometimes smaller revisions can take a little bit longer to be implemented, but mostly this is also up to us as we reprioritize other things on top.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tools are eliminating all manual calculations and tracking - their customized automation solutions are key for us to be able to provide accurate data internally and externally for our channel operations. 
It saves a lot of internal resource requirements and enables partners to see up to date information on partner programs at any time at their finger tips. They can see how they track in terms of partner leveling, training compliance and partner incentives and they have access to MDF tools that are easy to use for submitting MDF requests. Channel Mechanics also has great eco system partners, that i.e. allow for seamless payments to partners by just 2 clicks to their virtual wallets.

When is m working with a company, I like to build a relationship and trust! With Channel Mechanics, that happened in a matter of moments. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, great customer support, and easy to work with. Makes working with them easy!!

The biggest struggle I had was the time difference, however they respond ASAP the next day!

Allbound has the ability to allow you to put a whole raft of information into the platform for your partners benefit. Equally, if you are building as you go, and dont want the system to look "empty" you can hid and edit tabs until you are ready to populate them with information. We have a customer success manager, who always thinks to tell us about options that we may not have seen (reports/features etc)  to ensure we are getting the most value from our subscription.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

Whilst overall the platform is easy to use, it is not obvious how to upload documents and then put them into neat/tiled menu options. We (will) use the tags options, but a neater menu/tile option would look better and be more intuitive to our partners, but its not clear on how to do this. Of course we will ask our CSM, who I am sure will help.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allbound is providing me primarly with a deal management tool. As it integrates with Hubspot, it helps me keep on top of my pipeline/forecast. It will also benefit us even more moving forward, as we are due to have a procedure change for deal logging, and to our delight, all the things we need it to do, it can!

Currently, there seems to be a lot of kinks that are needing to still be worked out through the PRM. A downside would be that we sometimes have to take extra steps by having the Channel Mechanics team make changes on their end in order to register a deal, which causes delays and frustrations for our customers.

Channel Mechanics PRM is allowing us to better manage our partner relationships by utilization of the portal for deal registrations. Allbound has several positive aspects. First, it's very easy to manage and intuitive to use. Creating content is seamless, and the customization of the home dashboard allows us to make changes when necessary. Allbound is also extremely affordable. With over 8,000 users in there today, not having to pay per user saves us a ton of money and makes the platform pay for itself. Our portal hosts not only deal registration but also learning tracks, marketing materials, and event calendars. The co-brandable assets are also very popular among our partners. The platform also integrates well with our CRM, making automation seamless.

**What do you dislike about Channelscaler?**

One thing Allbound could improve on is its reporting capabilities. As a marketer, being able to see in detail who does what and when in an automated way is extremely important. The Channel Insights and Reports features could use some improving upon. There are also occasionally some bugs within the system.

**What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an all-in-one platform that could host deal registration, trainings, and marketing resources, all at an affordable price point. Allbound does just that. Getting our partners engaged through email campaigns can be difficult, so having a portal that they can self service themselves has proven to be very beneficial.
