What do you dislike?

Sometimes I think that I can do something, but it's not quite what I can do. I wish I could break up admin rights into more details. Or that I didn't have to click so much to get into the setup/options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a great place to direct people now, to hold content, to provide trainings. I don't have to hand-hold every single salesperson out there. I can point them all to one place. What do you like best?

Working with the Allbound solution has been so great for our team and partners. The ability to find things easily through the navigation pane has been by far one of the best things for partners. On top of this, they can easily co-brand materials right in the portal which saves time and effort and helps the partner faster for engagement with their clients. With their new release of their analytics partner insights package, we are able to easily track partners progress and engagement within the platform and adjust our strategies accordingly to ensure the best engagement is happening for full success. Helping our partners easily register deals, co-brand materials, and download collateral has been the biggest problem solvers. The dashboard on the front page of the portal allows partners to easily see what top content is being used, as well as what is new in the portal. What do you like best?

There are a number of things working with Allbound that made the experience the best? You have very knowledgeable people that work together and deliver a good customer experience. The pre-sale sessions allowed our company to talk with a number of Allbound resources (CSM, CRM Integrator, others) to get a number of questions answered and understand both company roles. Once the deal was signed, we had great project manager help us with all the steps required to prepare us for our Partner Portal Implementation. If we asked a question or needed an explanation, it was responded to in a timely fashion, no chasing it down. Special thanks to Connor, Katie, Ruli, Taylor and Lee.

Second, the integration with our Zoho-CRM was completed as advertised and very timely. This was a key factor decision factor when reviewing various PRM providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Overall we were very pleased with the features and functionality. Additional control within the UI to map and control the CRM integration would allow us to be more self sufficient. The Allbound integrations was rapid to respond to all requests though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company has quite a few Partners, but had no Partner Portal to manage the day to day interaction or performance without manual transactions (calls, emails, etc). The Partner Portal allows our Marketing Resource to concentration on the Partners needs and leverage the portal to make them available to the masses very quickly. Some of the benefits we are starting to see is the activity tracking with our Partners, which in time we hope to focus on the areas that benefits their technical ability to sell more of our services. What do you like best?

Our team loves the ability to customize the user dashboard and upload marketing collateral with conditions. We are able to segment visibility based on content sensitivity and manage multiple groups of users in one platform. Also being able to seamlessly swap out files and images saves us time with collateral that is often updated or replaced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Since we heavily rely on segmenting our content based on user type, we often update the user visibility setting on various pieces of content. Unlike other settings with bulk editing options, such as tags, we have to edit the individual content to ensure the visibility is accurate. This becomes a cumbersome task with 100+ pieces of content to update or verify. However, once the user segmentation and content visibility are set, there is little to do beyond that point. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Allbound is a great tool and easy to use for organizations needing to streamline training processes and general content delivery. Our company primarily uses it for external marketing, but it can also be leveraged for internal needs. It is particularly a great tool for a marketing team that has multiple pieces of collateral, in various forms. Allbound allows us to maintain consistency in delivery and organization for an optimized search of specific types of content. The tool is easy to set up with the help of Allbound staff and very easy to manage if you are familiar with the Wordpress.org dashboard layout. I highly recommend it. Allbound empowers our partner channel to learn more about our core brand, messaging, and product lines. Not only does it provide quick training for new partner sales reps, but it also gives them tons of collateral to aid in the sales process. We've also seen a benefit with our own Sales team. They utilize the partner portal as a resource for past marketing collateral that otherwise would've been harder to locate in email or our shared Google Drive. What do you like best?

The interface is quick to understand and the logic around building the partner experience is easy to capture. Using the WordPress platform allowed us to quickly adopt the platform within both the web team and the partner program team. The onboarding process really demonstrated the Allbound understands the partner community and allowed us to get up and running in just a few weeks. After initial onboarding as questions arose and requests were made the Allbound team continued to be ready to assist. No extra dollars. Just there to help us be successful. Our partnerships department needed a portal to direct learning and engagement with our partners sales and success teams. Allbound provides a simple way to curate and create content to be shared with these teams and our own internal teams. Their gamification settings have given us the ability to financially incentivize specific pieces of content for engagement. What do you like best?

I really appreciated how intuitive and flexible the platform was.

We were able to leverage, amongst the wide variety of features they offer, the modules that were most relevant to our company.

In our business, where we count on partner to be both evangelists and implementers of our solutions, Allbound really helped us to enable them by creating a structured environment to share information (e.g., playbooks, technical documentation) and collaborate.

What do you like best?

I love the flow of sections. As an Admin, it's easy to upload new content, change when necessary, etc. I love having access to making the portal look like we want it to look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We'd love for a new rep (company not found in Allbound) to be able to complete the necessary information and submit that and at the same time update their user account, or at least have it submitted for our approval. We have worked a way around this to make it as easy as possible, but it still has added more steps than what we had before. No other "dislikes"..it's been great working with the Allbound team so far! Feel free to look at other PRM's like we did, but I think you'll find that Allbound will provide you the best solution. We looked at many and listed "Pros and Cons" with all of them but ultimately we went with Allbound and we are so glad that we did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When looking at renewing our PRM that we've been using for the past 3 year, cost was a big issue. We feel that the price we are paying Allbound is very much worth it. So, Allbound has solved a budget issue. Another problem was that with our old PRM, we had to pay extra when a "partner account" was added when it went above a certain number. We continually had to de-activate accounts just to try to save $. We love not needing to worry about that with Allbound. We welcome all partners and users to work with us! What do you like best?

The prospect, pipeline, and collaboration tools are really nice and make it easy to track sales from start to end. The form customization makes it easy to ensure you are capturing exactly what you need to capture for each prospect and deal. The Salesforce integration is also great as it ensures a smooth data transfer between systems, alleviating the need to enter information manually in either system.

I also like that Allbound customized the left menu for us so we could house assets for different roles in different areas. We have a Sales and Marketing area and a Customer Support area. This makes organizing the large amounts of content we have easier and makes it more effective for our users to find the resources they need.

My Customer Success Manager, Cami Samuels, has been amazing at helping me get the portal set up and ready for partners. She is always very responsive to questions and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The Learning Track feature is missing some basic functionality. If the purpose of this part of the portal is to train partners on our product, then it needs to work more like an LMS. It's fine that I can create a Learning Track with various assets assigned to it, but I can't prerequisite tracks. I have no control over the order a user works through the tracks. Then, once a track is complete, I have no way to reset the status in the event the course gets revised, and the user needs to take it again. This makes it hard to communicate updates to users. Also, reporting on the Learning Tracks isn't great. I need to know when a user started the track, how long it took the user to get through the track, how many times the user had to take the quiz to pass, etc. This helps understand either faults in the track or potential issues with the learner that can be addressed. As it is now, as soon as the user accesses the resource, it's marked complete. That's limiting true visibility into the user's engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking more for a prospect and pipeline tool and less of a training tool, then Allbound is for you. It's prospect, pipeline, and collaborative tools are solid. If you just want to upload a few videos and assets, it will be fine. However, if you need to provide large amounts of training material, want to be able to guide users through specific learning paths in a specific order, and want in-depth reporting on that training, this isn't the tool for you. I'm aware that Allbound is a pipeline tool meant to offer some light LMS features. My company wants the opposite--a strong LMS with light pipeline capabilities. We are making it work and are aware that Allbound is continually enhancing the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The portal allows referral partners to enter prospective deals into the portal for our sales team to follow up on. Having the partners have a central place to do this rather than simply sending an email message helps us keep track of the referrals, especially since the information syncs to Salesforce. Ask as many questions as you can up front. Verify that everyone from all sides knows the requests and process to address those requests. The difficult part for us came during our set up period with connecting to Salesforce. If we could have gone back, we would have made sure everything was crystal clear in our requests and connectivity needs before proceeding. What do you like best?

Allbound provides all the functionality necessary for me to easily manage our partner relationships at scale. I can easily house all our marketing content for our partners and they can co-brand in a few steps. Using dynamic groups I can vary the call to action by partner type and I can easily control which groups sees what content. The integration with HubSpot is flawless and makes it easy for partners to register deals and to quickly and easily set up new partner companies and contacts. All features are simple and easy to use. They did a great job of making a simple software application with lots of power and capability. They were very helpful during the implementation process. What do you dislike?

I don’t have any complaints at this time. Perhaps some additional ability to control the look and feel without having to get custom coding would be a benefit but this is a minor issue. Allbound has fulfilled every reasonable request I've sent their way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform itself is easy to manage and creates a simple way for partners to engage. The platform gives our Partners a simple onboarding process which allows them to get in quick and start training and sales engagements.

Main benefits have been that we have one single place for shared resources that can be open for all, or specific to partners. What do you like best?

Of all the system vendors I have worked with, Allbound has one of the most responsive and amiable teams I have encountered. From the very beginning, the Implementation Specialists did everything they could, going above and beyond company standards, to help meet our unique challenges and requirements. To this day, I remain immensely grateful and touched by their genuine kindness. Since then, our Customer Relationship Manager and the Allbound Support Team have always been responsive, diligent, and thorough -- Strong integrity and work ethics that are hard to find and very much appreciated! What do you dislike?

The platform covers basic requirements in key areas, but without advanced functionality. As our Partner Program rapidly grows, we will need more advanced functionality. If we find ourselves no longer able to grow within the capabilities of the Allbound platform, we may eventually (though reluctantly) need to migrate to a more advanced system. Allbound PRM solved the the initial requirements for a central portal for our Channel Partners to access Training and Certifications, product documentation, and to register Sales deals that would be automatically synchronized with Salesforce.

In addition to the above requirements, the biggest benefit is the Allbound team's positive attitude, work ethics, responsiveness, and willingness to work with our developing requirements or find alternatives to achieving the end goals if out-of-the-box capabilities are not available. The Allbound PRM is incredibly helpful in solving the problem of tracking leads that have been referred from partners. The bi-directional sync that gives transparency into the opportunity is wonderful to share. Also, the ability to provide a full training portal with partner certification is hands down, the easiest solution out there. What do you like best?

I most like the ability to collaborate with partners, especially on deals, and share that data easily between systems. Most partner sales are out of our control and gaining visibility into those deals has been huge for us. And having that data in our CRM is an even bigger difference maker. What do you dislike?

Getting partners to engage, even in our portal is not easy. Technology can help with that, but it's a concerted, on-going effort by our team to drive engagement. The smarter we are with our campaigns and incentives, the greater their engagement. I would like to think having more admin-supporting features that directly supported the organization of these efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are many features you might want, but how many can you really leverage? Make a list and prioritize. Build out a schedule of what you must have now vs what you can, and will, add later. Be fast in getting it live to partners and then show them your continued investment as you bring new features online for them. And do your research. Training and content sharing is the obvious answer. Deal reg, however is the most important problem to solve for. And with those 3 items, getting that data in/out our CRM and marketing automation tool is where the real value kicks in for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I worked with several different PRM platforms over the years. Allbound is very easy-to-use, from an internal, back-end perspective as well as Partner perspective. Also, the entire team is super responsive. They have helped us configure our instance so it works best for us and our Partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a few features that are currently not available that would be helpful to us and our Partners. However, I know they are on the roadmap and I'm excited to see them in action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend Allbound. The tool is easy-to-use and pretty configurable (there are some things that they cannot change now, but plan to be able to change in the future). And I can't say enough great things about the team - they are amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just recently launched Allbound and we are already seeing the benefits. Processes are being streamlined and automated, content is easy to upload and find and we have better visibility into what our Partners are using the most so we know what to provide them in the future. What do you like best?

Their customer success team is very helpful and really want to make sure you use and customize the portal as you like. I like that they follow up with you just to make sure they've provided the resources and answers you need.

Because it's very customizable if the portal was not set up properly from the beginning, cleaning up data can be time consuming. To offset this - I'm very happy to hear the possible SFDC migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see more videos and templates on 'how to' because this is very useful for me. It will enable you to do things on your own time without having to make an appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
