The application is super friendly and the payment interface and process is very smooth. It is very easy to download and implement and connect your bank details with the app to start transactions. The customer support provided by the app is very appreciable and helps you with any query. I use the app daily to do transactions with family and friends accounts. The countries where Alipay is accepted, is one of the best option for payment solution. Alipay offers hassle free services with important features in buit. Alipay is not available in all countries so far. The most concerned thing is customer service and resolution time. Too much frauds happened with Alipay along with unauthorised access. When we were using Alipay, It was the most preferred payment gateway service for our customers and users from China, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong etc. The service was very good, easy to implement and work with. Transferring and receiving money is made easy. You just have to know the payment details of the other person and you are okay. To make it more fun the person that you have added you just select the name. last but not least communication happens within the app and if you are in China is likely accepted everywhere. Some of the words of sentences on the app for international users are in the Chinese language so mostly if you are not familiar you will need to translate.
