It is an eye opening view and look inside what you are currently doing, and a kick in the butt to become more of a disrupter in your industry. **What do you dislike about Aligned?** Once we've finished our negotiation training, I want more trainings in other ways to improve my company! **Recommendations to others considering Aligned:** Don't even hesitate. All brands that we negotiate sponsorships with have taken this training. By finally taking the time to invest in this from the property side, we will find ourseveles on much more even footing when we work to close a deal. The ROI from the property's perspective will quickly show as indisputable. **What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to taking the Aligned training I had never really thought about how negotiation plays into every facet of my life, both professionally and personally.
