Our client team is very forward-thinking and is very engaged when issues arise. They work to resolve our problems or discuss why things cannot be adjusted. **What do you dislike about Alight Benefits Administration?** I think sometimes synergy amongst departments is not there. For example, the YSA platform and our actual Benefits Administration team do not have a good link when it comes to communication. If we have an issue on our bi-weekly calls, we usually have to wait until they reach out to speak with someone, as they typically don't have visibility in that area. **What problems is Alight Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alight has helped us solve mutliple file issues/errors that were coming up as low-priority errors in our payroll system. This has helped make our file more efficient by pulling these errors out before it hits our system. They can fix our minor issues relatively quickly and that is wonderful. **What do you dislike about Alight Benefits Administration?** One thing I dislike is that when we have a major issue and ask for updates, we just continuously get told "we escalated the issue", "still researching" after 5 months that this issue has been ongoing. The issue is now fixed after 6 months, but i wish that Alight would have took our issue more seriously. This was an issue between our connection with MSS to Dependent Verification Services. **What problems is Alight Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alight is handling our new enrollments with our Puerto Rico employees and that is very helpful to us.
