  ### 1. I needed web hosting fast, and it was on special.  What could possibly go wrong?

**What do you like best about Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server?**

It worked for our business needs for a short time, and that was what we needed.  It was set up in less than an hour, and it worked great until our users crashed it with their heavy bandwidth.   

**What do you dislike about Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server?**

It was not upgradeable.  We blew the bandwidth and disk space limits in 48 hours.  We had to switch to Alibaba ECS, and then had problems connecting to clients in China, so we needed VPS and VPN, and ended up testing a lot more services than we needed overall.  

**Recommendations to others considering Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server:**

They said they were just starting to offer services to the US, and they have a LOT to offer at great prices.  Support took days.  The site is hard to navigate, and contact seems difficult after the initial sales calls.  Look out for the specials.  We had to switch completely to dedicated hosting.

**What problems is Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we needed it, it was because we needed a cheap host that could  handle a lot of uploads from users.  Unfortunately, users uploaded far more than the server could handle.  We had to upgrade quickly.
