The ability to manually label and custom train AI models to extract data from handwritten notes is incredibly useful. This feature saves me considerable time as it reduces the need for manual data entry. **What do you dislike about Algodocs?** I find some glitches in AlgoDocs quite frustrating. For example, despite not processing a single page of a document, the system indicated that all my free trial quotas were exhausted. This was because it falsely claimed that 37 pages had been extracted. Additionally, I encountered issues with labeling across multiple pages where the base layout was not identical to previous pages. These pages were scanned using a mobile smartphone camera, which caused discrepancies in layouts and grids. As a result, the box labels or bounding boxes were misplaced on successive pages or documents. **What problems is Algodocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use AlgoDocs to extract data from handwritten notes, reducing the time required for manual data entry. It also enables me to custom train AI models, enhancing data processing capabilities. ### 2. This free tool saves your time and effort and money also. It's Algorithms easily detect data and column without doing anything best for corporates and students Customer service and creating the free initial extractor is superior. The initial extractor creation was particular helpful as it seemed pretty complex when first looking at it. It is so accurate that it unfortunately picks up on all the errors and corrections that I made and had to sign next to as the logbook is an official document. The accuracy is quite impressive as user helping to cover more data extraction in shorter time . **What do you dislike about Algodocs?** Algodocs is automated software and that's why it restricted the ability of human mind and slow down the manual processing. Companies also know that there software exists therefore more extra work is allocated to staff which is not fair Everytime using algorithm for work is not good sometimes manual processing is also good for people Took some work to get the extractor set up. I should have taken them up on the 1st one free but wanted to solve the challenge myself. Some advanced filters didn't have a video/article on how to execute them, but as I said, just contact support! I do wish that you could select what portion of a page the auto table reader analyzes. I also wish you could do more individual document analysis instead of batch analysis only. I also wish that the selection in other modes could utilize abnormal polygon selection, so you can select the corners of a rectangular box. **What problems is Algodocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me accounting and maintenance of ledger and balance sheet It's also helping me in extraction of data and processing and then distribution of salary. It helps me in deduction of tax advance and other things as a company Processing data of bunches of people is hectic and energy drained process but this software protected me. Data extraction is inbuilt a big problem for company then data mining and then utilising remaining useful data is big task specially when data set is Big and people are less. In accounting firm data extraction is very tough because of difference in almost every entry and balance sheet if not tally will rectified everything from first entry itself. In accounting we are working with thousands of entries debit and credit with hundreds of people working around it making it one of the valuable task for company ### 3. We use this to send data to our in-house CRM solution - High quality of recognition. We had mistakes only twice - Huge plus that you can parser inbound e-mails. We have special one with rules applied for our clients and it's easy to automate **What do you dislike about Algodocs?** - Building parser it's not so obvious process, requires to read documentation - It's pricey service. We have one month 10 documents and one 300-400, so it's not so flexible when you have different volume - File Manager is almost unusable in Safari on Mac OS X **What problems is Algodocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this to parser PDF and JPG files of the documents sended to us via-email. Very rare case that we use this service to parse data from scanned documents to our CRM system. This service is not used by our company very often, but it can automate process of extracting data from images or printed invoices, what we need in rare case. ### 4. Well thought product for my use case. I use it for invoice uploads and extraction for my small business. Implementation-wise too it is a very smooth product to use. They also provide third-party integration which helped a lot in ingrate data. **What do you dislike about Algodocs?** Well the product is nice but the UI seems bit old. Need to re-work the piece and rest is good to go. **What problems is Algodocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well I run a small business in my hometown and have to work a lot around invoices and payment re-payments. Manually typing a lot of data is a bit more work & cost too. The time when I implemented the Algodocs at least that cost and effort is saved now. So, Yes it is benefiting and taking the work in right direction. ### 5. It is a great tool to integrate offline manual data and analyse it online with other online data in real time. **What do you dislike about Algodocs?** AlgoDocs doesn't have support for the PowerPoint Presentation file types i.e., ppt, pptx. Although it supports pdf, png, jpg, xls, doc, csv and other file types. **What problems is Algodocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** AlgoDocs on-premise solution is highly reducing the overall time of my organisation in processing large number of documents with hundreds of pages on a daily basis.
