alfred\_ (get-alfred.ai) is an AI executive assistant for email and calendar. It is made for founders, executives, consultants, and other busy professionals who handle a heavy inbox and a full calendar without a human assistant. Inbox triage. After the user connects Gmail or Outlook / Microsoft 365 through OAuth, alfred\_ reads incoming mail and sorts it autonomously. Newsletters, receipts, and automated notifications are archived out of the way. Messages that need a human decision or reply are flagged so the user sees only what matters. Drafts for approval. For each message that needs a reply, alfred\_ writes a draft in the user's own voice, learned from how the user actually writes. Drafts wait for review. alfred\_ never sends email on its own unless the user explicitly tells it to. Follow-ups and tasks. alfred\_ keeps track of threads that are still waiting on a response, whether the user owes a reply or is waiting on someone else, and brings them back at the right time. It also pulls action items out of email and turns them into tasks. Calendar. alfred\_ schedules meetings, finds times, flags conflicts, and sets reminders across Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365. Daily Brief. Every day alfred\_ delivers a short brief by SMS or email covering what needs attention today: messages awaiting a reply, meetings, follow-ups due, and open tasks. Chat on web and SMS. Users direct alfred\_ through a chat interface in the web app or simply by texting it. alfred\_ is also available as an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Pricing and security. One flat plan at $29.99 per month or $299.99 per year, no tiers, free trial. Knowledge Butler, Inc. is SOC 2 Type 2 audited. Access to mail and calendar is OAuth-only, so no passwords are stored, and data is encrypted.
