I like how you are able to go back and forth and there are options to further clarify any questions that may need followup. The questions asked in order to determine the correct coverage also comes in handy. I like how it gives you the option for side-by-side comparisons of plans. It is also catered to your organization, so it often includes information such as wellness plan participation for discounts. I also like that it includes information about FSA plans, dental, vision, life, EAP and legal insurance. **What do you dislike about ALEX Decision Support?** I don't necessarily think it fits to everyone. Although, I answered the questions, the recommended policies don't always seem to add up to what I actually need. I also don't like how it prompts you to use sound whenever you are trying to get through the introduction. Sometimes the interactive part is slow which can cause frustration. **Recommendations to others considering ALEX Decision Support:** It is fairly easy to use, but ensure that you are not skipping the introduction, as it can help you navigate better in the long run. **What problems is ALEX Decision Support solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interactive tool can be a pain. You cannot skip certain sections, often times if you don't want the sound on it will not let you move forward.
