The program can be used to deliver mass communication to thousands of people over various delivery methods. Once you hit SEND, the emergency message gets delivered via email, text message, phone call, desktop alert, television, etc. The preset messages are also great. Some of the presets have strange wording that you cannot modify, so you have to be creative with the information you sandwich into the boxes between the preset sentences. The ability to send emergency messages to the public on various things (computer, phones, etc) lets us exceed the minimum standards.
