## AlertOps Reviews
  ### 1. Very customizable with many integrations and great customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meir G. | VP, Customer Support , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

The technicians in the customer support department are extremely knowledgable about the product and very helpful. They were able to tailor exactly to our needs even though we were not using the system the way others do.
The app continues to get updates and the GUI is very user-friendly, our team was able to transition over very quickly and successfully!

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Nothing. Everything works as it should..

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to alert technicians when an after-hours emergency came in through many different channels, and they were able to pull all the information to 1 place and alert the correct person.

  ### 2. Love the ease of use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nigel W. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Love how easy it is to view and use AlertOps to view and swap scheduled on-call days, also the integration with ConnectWise make's it simple to work tickets. Would 100% recommend it!

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Sometimes there s a little delay from when a ticket's come in, to when the AlertOps notification comes in. But this could be a connection issue as opposed to an ALertOps issue.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ALertOps integrated with ConnectWise to keep our on-call/after-hours schedule and also to alert the On-call tech when a new ticket or an update to an existing ticket has occurred. The seamless integration makes this extremely simple.

  ### 3. Decently user friendly

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake T. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2023

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

It is a great alternative to having direct client calls for after hours issues.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Lack of visibility. Depending on group configuration it is a task in order to view who is on call.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving direct client contact for after hours issues.

  ### 4. The Best Solution We Could Find

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin M. | Technical Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

AlertOps makes it easy to handle after hours emergency calls.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

There is not too much I dislike about AlertOps, it does take a little of getting used to, but I highly recommend it.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AlertOps is allowing us to have after hours emergency calls notify our cell phones.

  ### 5. Flexible and adaptable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

The app is very flexible and easy to use at any skill level

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

It can take a little bit to get used to it but is very good once you get familiar.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined out on-call alerts and clarifies what alerts are what.

  ### 6. Extremely easy to use and configure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Easy to setup out of the box and get support from staff as needed. Very flexible!

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Difficult to find one, but if I had to pick, would like flexibility of notifications

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerts our staff of customer issues as needed.

  ### 7. Game Changing On Call Experience for SOC Analysts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah H. | SOC Team lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

One of the greatest advantages of utilizing the AlertOps platform as a SOC is being able to get instant notifications to all team members when it truly matters. Being able to integrate with Push notifications, Email, and sms in a triage fashion allows our team to receive the alerts generated through multiple avenues of notification.

Additionally, being able to apply an "on-call rotation" setup for the 24 x 7 services with this has been a breeze.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

One of the downsides, (and this is picky), that I have with AlertOps is the current mobile app you cannot batch close alerts. I'm hoping with the roadmap of progress AlertOps has mapped out that this feature would be applied.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

If you are looking for a great way to manage alerts to your team, AlertOps is the tool that you need.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that AlertOps is solving for me is how to manage SOC Alerts that trigger, and how to distribute them to all team members of our SOC and our on call teams. AlertOps has been an absolute necessity for our team, and cannot recommend this product enough!!!

  ### 8. The alerts allow us effectively monitor clients systems 24/7

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virginia F. | Service Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

We can schedule engineers for different shifts and different times to be ONcall. This is very important in our follow the sun model.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

I have not found anything I dislike yet.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

I think it is an example product to keep tabs on your client-base. Our clients always appreciate when we advise them of any issues especially if we resolve them quickly. AlertOps gives us the ability to stay on top of things before they become a real issue.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need the ability to keep close tabs on our client environment so we know about their problems before they do. AlertOps provides the information we need.

  ### 9. Does exactly what it says it'll do

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Our technicians never miss an after-hours alert. I am alerted when they are missed by the primary. In the 15 months that we've been a customer, our calls never get missed.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

If it could be a learning system that might help with unnecessary alerts going to the engineers. I imagine this could be fixed with some adjustments to how tickets are created.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we had an issue of emails getting missed in the vast number of alerts coming into our service board. With AlertOps we've been able to keep the technician from having to stay in their email or the ticketing system after-hours. Now they only get an alert and check it then. More free time for the engineers when they are on-call.

  ### 10. Unified Alert Portal for all of our Alerting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

As an MSP we have configured one set and forget it alert workflow for all of our various monitoring tools. We have SLA's and notifications configured for each of our various MSP tools and can tailor each integration to our specific needs.

We are also able to utilize the Mobile and Text messaging features for a reliable alert that does not depend on the ability of the source to send them.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

We are trying to use our AlertOps implementation to the fullest extent we can and find that there are still some beta and developmental changes in the pipeline. The team has been very receptive to new logic and features that can be included in future releases.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

Have ready your needs and end goals for the integrations for AlertOps. Lots of options and it is important to have plans ready for the future.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AlertOps gives us the ability to aggregate all of our email-based alerts into a central hub for notification and response. Before AlertOps, we had to choose between being spammed by failure and success emails in either our ticketing portal or individual email inboxes. Now we have the tools required to limit notifications to engineers and save our Dispatch hours of their day cleaning up duplicate or irrelevant alerts from our fleet of monitoring tools.

  ### 11. Great Product with Great Support

Alerting on-call techs and auto rotation.

  ### 12. AlertOps is highly customizable which is helps support our business as we grow.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

We really like the flexibility that AlertOps provides. Adding or removing someone from our on call rotation is significantly easier then what we were using before (OnPage). Also their support is great, Kam specifically helped me build out our entire call tree.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

The mobile app chimes could be improved to repeat until an alert is assigned.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure the proper department is alerted based on the time of the day when our clients are experiencing an emergency.

  ### 13. Takes effort out of on-call scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Has made on-call management easy and convenient. Good UI with a nice mobile app and great functionality.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Web UI is simple and easy to use, but could be updated a little.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-call scheduling needed a better solution and AlertOps has taken the fuss and complications out of it.

  ### 14. AlertOps review

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Easy to use and configure - AlertOps team is easy to work with. Training users is easy

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

The scheduling system took a bit to figure out, it was counter intuitive at times when adding a new resource to the schedule

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After Hours alerts for clients, On Call is less stressful now as we do not have to wait on a ticket. AlertOps sends it over to the technician, and we have workflow built in to escalate to management as needed.

  ### 15. Simple, Intuitive and it just works. Backed by an amazing support team.

**Reviewed by:** Daxter G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Their team has been very responsive and helpful throughout implementation and ongoing support. AlertOps is simple to understand, and everything just works. Our techs love the mobile app as it is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Nothing, AlertOps has been very responsive to finding solutions or adding features when needed.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AlertOps simplifies the logistics of managing our on-call rotation and messaging.

  ### 16. Monitoring on the go

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Normally we have to log into our RMM to alerts but with the app I can monitor on the go and don't have to be glued to a computer.

A bit slow loading the data moving between sections.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

I can manage all parts of the created alert.
It has many contributions and can connect to many tools.
API friendly and easy connection.
Finally, one of the main reasons besides the software features that I chose AlertOps for our team was Mr. Kamalesh Srikanth's introductions and support. He always finds a solution for the problems and responds so fast!

Complexity in some parts and not enough instructions

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

I recommend Alertops to the new IT and software companies.

  ### 23. Dont Know What I Would Do Without It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | Level 1 Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

simplicity! Gets to the point so I can do what's needed to be done.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Honestly nothing I dislike, if I thought of anything I'd be knitpicking.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A number of problems that us level 1 engineers deal with and as mentioned since it's simple it helps us get the job complete faster.

  ### 24. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

It is very simple to navigate and deployment was a breeze. It allows us to schedule on-call resources flexibility. The cost is also very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Nothing that I can think of at this time.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than having a static call list with my third party security provider, I am able to give them one number to call and I can manage my team's schedule independently.

  ### 25. We switched to AlertOps from another competitor.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

We saved money , the integration works better and we have received more support. Its important that you can reply on your on-call system and Alert Ops works great.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Sometimes Connectwise API requires updating the API on Alert Ops which can be a pain.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After hours call support. We benefit from something that alerts our people and works with our tools.

  ### 26. Works exactly to our requirements and the support staff are excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

The alerting and webhooks for OOH issues

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Nothing I can think of......................

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Out of hours alerting for on-call engineers and ticket creation. It's very difficult to miss an alert and with the auto-ticket creation that we have setup, we don't miss any first response SLAs

  ### 27. Good service, but far from perfect

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The UI is terrible: convoluted, hard to navigate and to understand

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the alerting for the on-call personnel
The alerting works fine

  ### 28. AlertOps has been game changing for our MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2022

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

AlertOps is customizable to meet your needs as an MSP and serve as an on-call solution for your clients.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Not much to dislike. But if I was forced to pick something, maybe the UI could be more user friendly?

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solved our problem around on-call and the reporting and usage of the service.

  ### 29. Great App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher S. | CTO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2021

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Support that picks up and is always willing to help. Great app from the other big guys, same features at a better price point.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Connectwise API could be better; I think this is more on the CW side rather than the AlertOPs side, though.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After-hours scheduling and emergency service calls.

  ### 30. Has filled a need for our On call nicely

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad L. | System Engineer Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

The Ease of use and schedule for my team

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Integration to other systems could be a little easier

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

It is one of the better services out there for the price.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-call scheduling and after-hours alerting

  ### 31. Using AlertOps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hector Heber M. | Independent Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Simplicy of use along with the various features that potentially allows us to measure SLA and create teams

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

We have had issues with credit card charges. Having to use a premium account for internations SMS

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use only to get text messages from email alerts

  ### 32. Scaleable, modular, workflow powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter M. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2021

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

AlertOps allows me to creatively approach Event Management, and tailor it to my needs. By triggering time-based workflows when some specific fields are populated, the AlertOps platform enables Virtuoso to build integration-specific policies which combine to construct a very scalable Event Management system. Recently, for each customer that require an Event Management service simply means making sure the customer name is spelt correctly in the various source systems - as AlertOps will fire off workflows to fix the Company name, the Agreement, the Configuration, the Ticket Owner, the Status and other ticket attributes within Connectwise to take care of things.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

The interface is pretty classic (pun intended :D), albeit still functional - however I am aware of a GUI rewrite coming up shortly so not such a biggie.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As AlertOps ties in with our Connectwise statuses, we can have reduced time with flicking between separate Event Management systems. Another area is in SLA reporting - AlertOps moves the ticket through the various statuses, and as the SLA levels are tied to them, it considerably reduces the time spent to monitor outliers and report SLA adherance.

  ### 33. AlertOps has Simplified On-Call for our Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

The calendaring features, the support we get from the AlertOps team, the reliability of alerts, the amount of process and structure it has brought to our on-call processes. AlertOps has brought a lot of structure and accountability to the way our team handles on-call requests, and has also allowed us to implement more equitable on-call processes for all of our teammates.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

If I had to give any negatives, I would say that I wish AlertOps had a feature to text an on-call employee at the beginning of their shift to let them know they are now on-call. We have a very short on-call window (one day at a time) and our engineers often don't look at the on-call calendar and then are surprised when they get paged in the middle of the night.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

Alertops offers a lot of features and value for the dollar. Not the cheapest on-call alerting tool out there, but the support is unrivaled and they listen to their userbase, which we really appreciate. We trialed several different on-call solutions before settling on AlertOps and have not been disappointed.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of a haphazardly-designed on-call process that was hard to hold our engineers accountable to. Prior to AlertOps, we missed alerts, didn't communicate well with our NBH team, and had a lot of client strife around our after-hours processes. Since implementing AlertOps, we have cleaned up our processes considerably, and have had numerous employee and customer compliments about the tool and what it has done for our organization.

  ### 34. NEVER FAILS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2018

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

I am very happy that I can make an on-call schedule month ahead of time.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

I dislike that I cannot personalize the voice over when the on-call doesn't answer.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

If you need an active and efficient oncall schedule, AlertOps is the setup you definitely need to use.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an on-call schedule live 24/7, directing the calls to the right person every time and receiving alerts when the on-call doesn't answer. We are a team of professionals. We are part of the emergency response team at our Local Emergency Department, and we cannot miss any calls.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2018

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Alertops is a great product overall and once set up you rarely need to tinker with it because it just works. Its a very stable and reliable product and the cost is much better than the competitors.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

It can be a little difficult to use but the support docs help and also the support email is very responsive and helpful so these issues are often easy to navigate around.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

If there are any problems or questions contact support as the support is really helpful.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to have a regular rotating on call roster for our development team. The team are now better organized and have better notifications around there on call status. They're also able to see ahead of time when they are on call and plan for this.

  ### 39. Alerting made easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2018

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Product is great. It allows for multiple types of configuration and escalation based on rules. The ability to only alert managers if the person on call misses a page is great. Saves from all the constant clutter and noise of multiple alerts when it's not needed.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Their interface is a little difficult to learn. I suggest getting training from them on how different configurations function. Other than that, once you know where the rules are and how to configure them it's great. Easy to make updates and check in on the types of alerts once you know how to navigate through the system.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

Make sure all your business rules are configured prior to trying to set this up to help keep things simple.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to notify on call personnel when there is a system issue or problem. Escalating when needed based on set business rules. When it was first configured in our environment it was a steep learning curve for our administrators and users.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

I have used other top rankers service providers for years. Though i came to know and took one trail for AlertOps and had a great experience till now. Loved the Pricing model with such a feature.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

There is nothing more to dislike in AlertOps. Still, for an advancement, i would suggest bringing more tool integration within it like Jenkins. Also looking for more better and brief documentation.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

If you are looking for simple integration with all-round system, AlertOps will not let you down.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a DevOps i have been using it lots of tools along with AWS.
With AlertOps and AWS we have integrated AlertOps with SNS topics. Wherewith Not only Cloudwatch but other AWS offerings services pushing alerts to the users with phone calls and SMS or email.

There are tons of features that help our daily lives. As soon as it's set up it works well. In rare cases when I need support they are always at hand and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

The user interface needs some tweaking, because at the moment some features are deeply hidden under various dropdowns or seemingly irrelevant sub menus.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

Go for it!

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide 24/7 support and it is critical to have an alert delivered to the right person when there is an incident.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using AlertOps we were fielding urgent requests through a variety of communication channels. ### 45. AlertOps, for when the rest just don't cut it!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2018

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

AlertOps its the best solution when you compare cost and features, they are willing to work with your specific needs to tailor their product to you. If you need something new, they will listen and add it to their roadmap.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

You need someone to be able to dedicate time into the product to really understand all of the ins and outs. this isn't really a negative because ultimately it is because of all the customization that can be created with each portion. Other products may be more intuitive out of the box but down the road when you want to customize it, it won't be an option. AlertOps has that initially, you just need someone to dedicate a large portion of time to it up front.

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

It is well worth the learning curve when comparing features and price point.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to generate multiple integrations that have a different channel to alarm. The benefits are cost effectiveness and being able to pass the alarm on to our clients if necessary is a great option that can be assessed on a case by case basis instead of having to build different alarms based on who needs them the first time it fires.

  ### 46. Alert Ops gets the job done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaiah R. | Senior Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

Staff was helpful and made sure I had the setup I needed.

**What do you dislike about AlertOps?**

Would like to see an unpaid billing account option. That way our office manager could have an account that permits managing billing and users but would not be on the notify list.

EDIT: AlertOps staff reached out to let me know this was available. Upgrading recommendation to a 10!

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In order to meet SLA's we have to provide adequate response times and incident management. We use AlertOps to provide our customers with support so that we can always be reached.

**What do you like best about AlertOps?**

**Recommendations to others considering AlertOps:**

Simple, easy to deploy, easy to use. Lack of acknowledge with Nagios, but I did not search that much to see how feasible it was.

**What problems is AlertOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**
