AlertMedia is very useful for communicating with an audience on an individual or group basis using text, voice, or email, and I love its ability for bi-directional communication. It streamlines the communication process efficiently and effectively, and I appreciate the ease of use and great customer service. They assist with mass uploads, making it easier by taking away the burden of manual data entry and/or by training us on how to do it ourselves. The flexibility they provide is fantastic. I also like the ability to assign different roles with different permissions to people in our organization. The threat notifications are helpful, especially with the different levels like low, medium, and high based on specific settings per user. The customer support at all levels has been amazing. I've had great support from simple questions to technical issues with implementation of new features. I like how easy it is to integrate AlertMedia into our emergency preparedness and threat assessment programs. I've been impressed with the response to customer comments related to platform improvements, enhancements, and service options.
