**What do you like best about Alertable?**

Ease of use, value for money, and very reliable instant messages are notified and this is very cost-effective when compared to others available.

**What do you dislike about Alertable?**

The maps take some time to learn, hence the initial learning curve there is otherwise all good.

**What problems is Alertable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it as a mass notification software to notify emergency, day-to-day events like training and incidents.
