They are sent whenever the software detects any suspicious behavior. Alert Logic's security team is efficient. It does its job quickly, as soon as your program notifies you. Customer support is superb. Their responses are quick and helpful. We contact them all the time. Of course, its detection algorithms are great. **What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?** Documentation is sparse. It is almost mandatory to contact customer support when in doubt. Despite the excellent customer service, I would like a complete manual. **What problems is LevelBlue MDR / MXDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We create our algorithms when we do security tests on the programs we develop for our customers. We use several of them, make corrections and test again. So it's a cycle that we are satisfied. It is also the software we use to protect our systems from intruders. However, the demo version is good enough to get a feel for the effectiveness and all the features. Anomaly detection is susceptible and responds immediately when something extraordinary happens. The present algorithms are pretty good and handy if your organization does not have an overly complex system. **What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?** Alert Logic's interface is a bit cumbersome. It feels a bit slow and clunky, although this doesn't hinder its analysis capabilities. Anyway, it is a problem that could be due to the wrong connection or that it needs a lot of bandwidth to use it in the foreground, so I can't say it's not solvable. **What problems is LevelBlue MDR / MXDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alert Logic has a feature that caught our attention: its price is scalable. At first, we used it in one part of the company to get a feel for the performance, but it soon became the leading security software for the entire organization. It has an extended protection capacity to guarantee security and confidence in analyzing and processing our company's information. Overall, it is an easy-to-use software to implement because it runs in the background after configuring it. The basic configuration is also advantageous and quick to implement. There is no need to set everything up from the beginning. I added settings as I needed more features, and it helped me customize my experience. What I like the most is its real-time security verification. Also, technical support is provided by a 24/7 team of computer security experts. **What do you dislike about LevelBlue MDR / MXDR?** I don't particularly appreciate that not all the features I need are free. But I think that paid software is outstanding and affordable in price. I also wish there were more updates and upgrades because I notice it's a bit old, but it's not bad.
