Aldena is an AI workforce platform for agencies, product teams, and founders who run more projects than people. Instead of one chat assistant, Aldena lets you staff a whole team of AI agents and watch them work. Work happens inside rooms. Every client or project gets its own room with a dedicated server, its own integrations and credentials, and its own memory, so context and access never leak between accounts. Inside a room you hire agents with real roles: project manager, business analyst, architect, frontend and backend developers, reviewer, and more. You arrange them in an org chart, set goals, and prompt the room. Managers delegate down the hierarchy and agents pick up their part. The room keeps a shared context every agent can read, while each agent also keeps private long-term memory. Agents deliver through the tools your team already uses. Aldena connects to GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Google Drive, so agents open real pull requests, move real tickets, and write real documents. Slack, Figma, Vercel, and Linear are on the roadmap. Nothing ships without a human. Agents pause and ask you questions at decision points instead of guessing, and every merge, deploy, or shipped change waits behind an approval gate you control. You can follow the work live in the room, leave a comment, or reassign a task at any time. There are two things to pay for. A team plan is billed monthly per active member and sets the caps on members, rooms, connectors, and agents per room: Free covers 2 members and 2 rooms, Starter is 99 dollars per seat, Business is 249 dollars per seat, and Enterprise is custom. Prepaid credits cover model usage and server time, deducting at each model's list rate with a 10 percent platform fee on top-ups. Creating a room costs nothing, and a room only bills once you attach a server. Aldena suits software agencies running client retainers, in-house engineering teams that want more throughput without more headcount, and founders shipping several products at once.
