What do you like best about Alconost?

Alсonost worked very quickly. I liked that the manager always gave an update on the status of the project, shared problems and promptly answered questions. The platform in which translators work is very convenient. You can get access there and monitor the status of translations in real time, as well as communicate with translators directly. We have started a global service and wanted to localize it into multiple languages. Our service is also a WIP, which means constant updates, which in turn, means constant additional localization tasks. Alconost has played an essential role in making the whole process easy for us, and us having to speak with one Localization Manager for all our needs. I work for a software house where, in the spirit of continuous delivery, we often release relatively small new features that then need to be translated into 23 languages.

Alconost is the perfect service provider for this, as there are no or hardly any service fees on smaller orders.

In addition, the translators are very dedicated and ask many questions. We perform regular spot checks on the translations and have always been satisfied with the quality delivered.

One of the most convenient features is the ability to select the number of characters. Conveniently, it is possible to leave a comment for the translator. So far, we have not noticed any shortcomings in this service since we have been using it for only one month. Sometimes the translation of phrases is identical to the translation from Google Translate, so it is unclear how accurate and competent this translation is.
