It does everything I need it to do. It's pretty simple to accomplish most everything I need, and I'm able to find good documentation for when I need to do something new. I love the willingnesss to support and get on the phone to walk through configurations. I struggled with some of the complex requirements I needed in order to ensure I could get my survye out and they were very patient and trained me on everything I needed! I design and field about a dozen long surveys every year. They are complicated -- with lots of conditional formatting and piping. The Alchemer UX is very intuitive and overall I'm very pleased with the platform. The reporting is also good (the look/feel of reports has improved in the last few years).

The best thing of all is the customer service. They answer the phones and email messages FAST. I literally just asked a question by email and got a response in about 3 minutes. The only thing about Alchemer I think can be improved -- even though it's not bad -- is the look and feel of surveys from the end-user perspective (i.e., the survey taker). Alchemer is quite easy to understand. The way the site is laid out is easy to understand and the way it allows you to add images and photos is simple to work out.
