Has a wide range of different question options and built-in approaches for conjoint, Max-Diff etc. Very good Help Centre has all kinds of step-by-step guides and Support is really fast on answering your questions (in case of more complicated use cases). I've been using Alchemer Survey since they were SurveyGizmo, and my reasons for staying with them are the same as why I started. I've used Survey Monkey but not liked the limited capability it offers. And I've used Qualtrics but not been able to afford it. Alchemer Survey offers a great compromise - functionality that far outpaces Survey Monkey, but at a price that is far more budget friendly than Qualtrics. I am on an older plan that is no longer offered, and I'm not sure what's going to happen if I fall back to the free plan and then want to upgrade later. A previous downgrade-upgrade cycle seems to have lost data, though I can't confirm that another user didn't accidentally delete it. And there are rare occasions when I would really like to use a question type that I don't have access to - but it's not worth upgrading just to get access to it.
