The report builder is a huge time saver that allows me to slice/dice results very easily and share out those segments. Routing and logic are easy to use and can create complex surveys tailored to different audinces at once. The inbuilt advanced tool like conjoint and max diff are excellent and the ability to integrate this effortless using displayr allows us the create powerful tools for our customers. Alchemer is a mature reliable product, if something is not working they way I want it is always because I gave made a mistake in setting up logic not an Alchmer bug. We have had a few issues with email deliverability to a particular large ISP but not sure if that is an Alchemer issue. The styling suite could be a bit more user friendly. It is very easy to use, even without much experience while still having all of the tools and added features one might need - the interface makes creating surveys and feedback forms intuative, with helpful hints and guidance, helping create smart, effective feedback tools every time. There are a few more advanced features that we only need once in a blue moon and we are loath to pay for higher subscriptions just to access those features so infrequently. We use Alchemer to create surveys of our membership to help guide policy and make decisions on what programs to implement. We also use Alchemer to create feedback forms for our website, including our membership application and more. Alchemer makes setting up surveys and feedback forms very easy, saving us much needed time and effort on what would otherwise be herculean tasks.
