Also the initial setup took longer then we anticipated - there's quite a learning curve with some of the more advanced features. It provides many pre-populated resources that are useful during the ideation phase. The auto-generated reports, and the "realtime" function is great to get results insights easily and prior to building out a more robust reporting analysis. **What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?** Some of the finer engineering features could be improved to make the building process more intuitive. Things like [1] keeping the survey ID readable in custom domain links or alphabetizing field mapping list when doing push/pull actions would make the design and build experience more palpable without having to call customer services. It would also be great to have the campaign field titles be customizable beyond the alloted 10 - I have had to use fields titled "city" or "address" for data that is not related to that title because I needed more than 10 custom fields. Speaking of customer service, I have had a few special needs that required HTML alterations. Between the reporting, flexibility in design, and exporting features it can get the job done most of the time. It has a good bank of question types for use in their platform and most of the questions give a good amount of flexibility. The logic allowed within each question is fairly robust except for certain circumstances. We use the custom question library heavily and it has saved us a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Alchemer Survey?** There are a surprising amount of outages in the platform from the user side. The company claims it has never affected the gathering of respondents but its hard to judge from our own side. At least once a month there tends to be an hour or so during the day that access to the platform is down.
