**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

What a complete 180 from my initial review. All of the positives we previously experienced relied on a single employee, who is no longer with the organization. In just six months, we've worked with three new staff members, and they frequently fail to show up to the meetings they schedule, providing little to no meaningful support.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

We feel like we’re screaming into the void. We were hopeful that meeting with an Enterprise-level Customer Experience Manager would improve things, but there was no follow-up, and we’ve been stood up again. It’s frustrating that even the basics, like attending meetings scheduled on clients’ calendars, aren’t being met.

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatmeter is helping us centralize and manage the digital presence of all our locations, which is critical for maintaining brand consistency and visibility. They’ve made it easier to monitor and respond to reviews, update business information across platforms, and improve our performance on Google Business Profiles. This has led to stronger local SEO and increased visibility in search and maps.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Chatmeter's team is second to none in fast friendly and outstanding support. They also are constantly adding new feature sets to the platform, exceeding ant stretch goal we had when we first signed up in January of 2017. 

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Nothing. the software always exceeds our needs today and they are always adding features that we end up using in the future. they are the 'best in class' by all measures. 

**Recommendations to others considering Alchemer Listings Management:**

Take a close look at the entire company, the software product is excellent, however so is the culture and priorities of the company. Their employees are always very positive, energetic and quick to respond to any question or need. They treat clients like VIPs. this tells me management treats the employees like VIPs!

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that allowed us to monitor and coach our employees guest reviews while managing and controlling our listings DB, better manage our reputation and monitor Social Media chatter & posts more efficiently. After searching and reviewing 3 different platforms, Chatmeter was hands down the best, and only solution that made sense for us.

Being able to pull data from all live listings across platforms into one central place. Especially helpful for missing listings and optimizations.

False listing errors are often flagged in platform that are not true

The support team is quick to resolve any ticket. Currently they are helping connect our clients missing listings across platforms we have not considered like foursquare, Best of the web, etc.

The best aspect of Chatmeter is their exceptional support system. They are a true partner, not just a vendor, who goes above and beyond to meet our needs.

We moved over to Chatmeter just for listings management and although most to major listing providers are here we were able to pushout our info to a lot more with our past providor.

Chatmeter allowed us to start utilizing ChatExec which has been an amazing addition to our team! We are now able to respond to all reviews for our partners around the country who want the service.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Chatmeter is so wonderful including the service they provide and also their team. I have been working with them for about 3 years now and they have helped our company with managing listings, making it super easy to respond to reviews, and making it super easy to post to our social channels, and manage all of our listings which I would not be able to do without Chatmeters help! So thankful for them and my rep Elle and Marsalis.

There are no downsides to Chatmeter you guys are awesome.

Helped with our online reputation and making it super easy to respond, our listing person Marsalis has been super helpful and Elle is such a delight. Anytime I have an issue I know I can reach out to them, and they will help me get it solved quickly. Also, how they keep up with the latest and greatest of things is great as we are all trying to keep up with the times and technology these days! I also get the latest news of what is going on with changes and how to adapt to them so we can keep our listings to their highest standards.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Their customer service is great! Every rep we have had for our listings and the software have been great and very helpful at providing reporting, insights into the different listing platforms, ensuring information is accurate and feeding properly and so much more. This is the start of our 5th year working with them due to the continuous updates they're making to the platform in response to their customers, resulting in a great reputation, listing and social software. We manage 70+ different locations with many different listings in the platform and Chatmeter makes it so easy for us to be successful at responding to reviews, pushing accurate information, listing specials, etc. We researched a lot of companies before signing with them to ensure they would meet our needs and we haven't switched providers because they have continued to meet our goals.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

The only down side I can think of is that we have switched reps a few times in the 4 years, but other than that, I can't think of anything I wish would change. They seem to make many of the updates we request.

Being able to monitor the status and accurate information of our listings, ensure no duplicates don't exist, ease of responding to reviews.

I like how easy it is to use and understand! Responding to reviews and seeing logistics is super easy! The support team is amazing as well and I love working with Elle Trout! I am new to using Chatmeter and I find it easy to use and the mu,ber of features are great!

The fact that you can edit your own listings after creation in one spot. The staff seems friendly enough!

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Listings not created on time, some listings not created at all. Many of the other listings services seemingly create listings automatically  after creating a location at chatmeter it must be requested. Listings are not created through an api connection, instead it requires a shared spreadsheet. Very recently they have been better about ensuring they are completed on time by opening but multiple times they have gone late, and locations have opened with no listings created. There is no support on weekends.

It’s solving by having all the listings under one platform, editing listings is easy under their platform.

I like that my team has all the tools that we need on one platform, and it's easy to use. We are still gradually implementing tools and adding on, but so far, so good.

The only dislike is that I can't use AI responses for social media comments. Also, I don't believe Chatmeter pulls in all of the comments and reviews on social media just what is on the published post.

We have used two competitors before transitioning to Chatmeter.  Although we received the standard listings and reputation management capabilities with those tools, Chatmeter was able to provide us with tools to manage our local SEO as well (which raises our reputation management to the next level).

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Although the constant upgrades to the dashboard has been great, it does create a continuous learning curve (which is challenging for some of our users).

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a platform that manages our online reputation, monitor customer reviews down to the store level, and improve local SEO all in one platform.  Chatmeter checks the box on all those key features, and before we started using it, tracking reviews across multiple locations was time-consuming and inefficient.  We are satisfied with our current relationship with Chatmeter.

don't offer the reporting in the content of the email you need ot download it to see it, that is frustrating to the users that are receiving it as most times they are working on their cell phones

Chatmeter solves the issue of us having to respond to each individual rating/review. With their help, this process has been optimized and fast tracked. Ali handles our many google listings so this solves the problem of us missing something or falling behind on updating info. The Chatmeter team has saved us a lot of time from having to sort through listings.

It’s very cool to be able to access all reviews, get insight on feedback, and compare how we are doing versus our competitors all in one place! Plus, since it is able to pull in all this data, you’re also able to ask questions and using that info, it can provide an answer to help generate insight.

It can be tedious to set up, but the process is pretty straight forward and once the data is in, it’s in, so you don’t have to do it again.

The team at Chatmeter is very friendly and easy to work with. The onboarding process was quick. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the AI technology is very helpful. We like thier reporting, task management, and surveys function as additions to typical reputation and listings management.

New openings haven't been the smoothest in regard to creating listings in a timely manner. Chatmeter team was supposed to be able to create listings for us quickly prior to an opening, but we have found it more reliable to do ourselves.

The only "downside" is amount of data and insights they offer. Not necessarily a knock on Chatmeter but rather how to get other internal stakeholders to realize they offer WAY more than just general listing and reveiw services. **What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Chatmeter has the best support I could ask for. All success managers and troubleshooters I have worked with are all based in the US and respond within a business day, often within hours. Communication is top-notch so I always know what is going on with my listings. They are proactive in our regular meetings to ensure that hours are updated across the platforms for holidays, update on anything ongoing, and offers suggestions as needed. Love that I can see all my sites in one massive dashboard and the details on them. I can also set up groups for sites and assign them to people to manage as needed or pull reports based on those groups. Very friendly and easy to use platform. Implementation was a breeze and they had someone on your side at every step and QRGs to reference. We are an enterprise level business with over 10000 employees over 50 listings. Chatmeter was definately worth the investiment and a great partner for our business.

In my 5 years of using Chatmeter, the best feature to me has been the level of support I receive from their staff. I go into the dashboard at least once a day, if not more, and if there are any bugs on their end or issues on our end I never hesitate to reach out. My emails are promptly returned and my concerns are always addressed, even if it isn't something directly related to the Chatmeter dashboard itself (like when I have unrelated issues with Meta and look to my Chatmeter team for advice and support).

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

One thing that I've noticed about Chatmeter after having been a user of their platform for both online listings and reputation management for the last 5 years is that updates to the capabilities in their dashboard seem to take a long time, like with reporting. I don't always feel like that's their number one priority.

The company that I work for is a franchise, so at the HQ level we're responsible for getting all of the local listings up and running for our franchisees and then monitoring them. Chatmeter has made this much more of an efficient process for us.

I like that I'm able to work with representatives from Chatmeter on a regular basis. When I needed help with an issue in an emergency situation, I was able to receive assistance from a Support specialist in real-time. The last vendor we worked with for the location and reputation management would take months sometimes to respond.

It would be nice to have more options for asking customers for reviews, like text messages and email options. I am not sure what all the options are honestly.

I have been working on gaining access to all of our corporate own listings on Yelp and linking them individually within Chatmeter.  This has been an ongoing process and nothing about Chatmeter dissatisfies me regarding this other than it requiring an additional fee for them to have our Yelp listings added within our dashboard.

Chatmeter has solved the problem of having to manage each of our store listings individually.  Being able to respond directly, with the assistance of the Reputation Pro team, is an added bonus.  Their reporting features make it easy for our district manager to see common trends  (keywords) in reviews, thus working with operations to faciliate potential areas of improvement.

We have been using the platform for about 3 years now and have great things to say about the staff and the ongoing updates Chatmeter makes the platform so it can be even more successful for our business.

We don't have any dislikes currently and are very happy with the platform and our reps.

We had a problem being able to respond to all of our reviews - positive and negative - in an efficient manner and Chatmeter changed that for us. It is so nice having all reviews populated in one spot with review templates and AI responses on the ready.
We also weren't able to pull report data across platforms, for specific properties, date ranges, etc. that we wanted, but now we're able to and even able to see updated/removed reviews which is helpful to prove our value and Chatmeter's value to our company.
It has also been great to ensure our listing information is accurate across listing with again only going in to one platform to confirm that.
Finally, the support is outstanding, whenever we have issues with a listing, getting verified, questions about changes to the industry, whatever it may be, the staff has been outstanding in answering our questions effectively and in a timely mannor.

They provide a lot of one on one support to their customers. We have two dedicated team members we meet with monthly. They keep us up to date on industry trends and platform updates we should know about. We like that they offer so many features, but most often we just use reputation management and listings management to easily respond to reviews and update business info.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Their platform is expensive for what the tool does. We use a social media management tool that is effectively doing a similar task and it's a fraction of the cost. They do allow you to renegotiate pricing while you grow, but it still seems high.

We would never be able to manage so many Google Business accounts, Yelp accounts, etc. without the assistance of Chatmeter. It brings a lot of data into one place and allows us to push out responses and updates with ease.

The entire review dashboard is awesome! It's great to have the ability to filter to certain types of reviews and bulk-reply to tons at once with templates - it saves a ton of time. It's also nice to be able to look at themes and keywords across reviews to find trends!

There have been a few glitches! Such as a lack of ability to reply to certain types of reviews (despite our account being connected), seeing different data on some views of the dashboard than other places where it should be matching, etc.

With over 40 locations around the world, it can be a challenge to stay on top of Google My Business Page creation and local reviews. Chatmeter's ability to keep track of and edit our listings in a quick way (along with bulk replying to reviews based on rating) is super helpful.

The ability to monitor our business online reputation on GMB and Facebook. Also to be able to respond fast and easy as well that we can view our customers sentimental analysis. This is a must have tool for any business that wants to pay attention to what their customer has to say about their experience.

It is very pricy when you have many locations. Not able to post to other social media accounts like Pinterest, Instagram and respond to inbox messages. Hope this is a feature we can see in the near future.

OCCASIONALLY - there are glitches with the software resulting in reviews not showing up on the list, or an infinite loading wheel. These are easily fixed with a simple page refresh and do not majorly detract from the product experience.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Our reps always respond promptly and either resolve our concerns or connect us to someone who can. I feel supported through every step of the process.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

I have yet to find any major downsides to using Chatmeter. I wish they could update to Yelp, but that's more of a problem with Yelp's software.

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us to manage a large number of listings in an efficient manner as well as act as a liason between our team and Google/Apple. This has allowed our team to spend more time focusing on the quality of our listings, rather than on trivial day-to-day listing management.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Chat Meter is a valuable tool for the business I work for. I like the number of resources I have to view how the website is doing and our SEO. Whenever I have questions, I am answered the next day at the latest. The individuals that help me are knowledgeable and give me thorough information in a  way I can understand. Chat Meter is constantly updating its platform to keep up with trends in how businesses can connect with their audience.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Putting photos in individual spots rather than feeding them into all platforms is highly inconvenient when editing locations. It's always discouraging to see search analytics be down when new efforts have been made on our end to improve. It is also disheartening to see the LBV score not improve either. I also don't understand how our keywords have not improved at all after entering them into the system. I also do not know how we do not rank any higher after our many efforts so far.

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chat Meter is helping us understand how customers feel at our stores. The information helps us in marketing and our friends in human resources. We continue to do well business-wise, and the reviews help us understand what we do well and need to improve at the retail level. Their location editing features are comprehensive and have made my workflow much more straightforward with each update they make.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

What is most helpful about Chatmeter is the dashboard.  It makes it very easy to change hours and answer questions and reviews.  The monthly meetings with our account manager keep us updated with the latest improvements and answer any questions.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

The least helpful about Chatmeter is up till now we have not had a downside or disliked anything about Chatmeter.

Chatmeter has solved our problem of managing our store listings and online reputation.  Their easy-to-use dashboard has saved us time when updating store hours and answering reviews.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Consolidating our reviews for rapid responding is incredibly helpful, as well as managing our listings. Google has proven to be a thorn in our sides when it comes to user changes to our hours, so being able to get ahead of those is invaluable to us.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Social Media management could improve a bit. It would be nice to be able to post to Facebook & Instagram simultaneously or edit individual posts across locations.

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reputation & Listings management! Google allowing suggested edits to listings has been a thorn in our side for years. It's nice to get ahead of those. Also, with only one person responding to reviews, it saves time having all reviews in one place.

The support we get from our rep Bianca.  She is willing to do product demos and have monthly calls to touch base.

We have gotten a lot of requests to add DoorDash, etc. comment functionality.

As an independent retailer of ChatMeter this gives us another avenue to add revenue as a company.

**What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?**

Chatmeter is the best service for Reputation Management. It helps me organize, receive, and reply in real-time to many reviews on different platforms, I can customize reports, and pull data using selected filters. Easy to learn, use, and navigate. I love how they keep creating new tools regarding searches for our offices.

**What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?**

1 one thing I don't like about Chatmeter is not being able to bulk reply to Yelp reviews. Another reason is that Cahtmeter does not support Google Chat or FAcebook DMs tools to reply and record.

**What problems is Alchemer Listings Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am benefitting a better response rate, ways to improve our SEO, updating all claimed listings in one place, and the ability to download data to creat reports and comparisons.

The automated review reports to executives in our company has been huge for us. We've been able to set up reports for the managers over certain stores, so they're able to address concerns and cheer their team on for good reviews and shoutouts! We've also been able to address the concerns of customers in an efficient and organized way. Chatmeter employees have always been the most helpful too!

We haven't had any negatives to using Chatmeter. Any confusion or question we have is quickly addressed and when we've had suggestions, they're listened to and valued.

I love being able to easily view, comment on, and update our various store locations. Chatmeter makes managing our store locations a breeze, and they constantly update us on new updates, movements in the industry, and more. I look forward to our monthly update call every time!

Being an early adopter company can lead to short-term hiccups in some of Chatmeter's new integrations - but they are always resolved quickly.
