Compared to the competition, the variety of templates and forms is insane. They give us all kinds of tools to develop our surveys in the right way and gather valuable feedback, thoughts and comments about products, services or any changes that might make a difference in a business. A further thing is that the price is relatively cheap compared to the large providers. **What do you dislike about Alchemer Feedback Platform?** First of all, the support team. They do not seem to be interested in solving any problem, even though it was a minor problem. I don't know if it was just me, but I can't fix a problem with it. Another thing that disturbs me is the price increase. SurveyGizmo provided it in a well documented way with reports and data export. It was intuitive to set up the survey, conduct it, and generate basic reports. The data export features are rich and enabled me to further analyze and share results e.g. in RapidMiner and Tableau. The online reports (as an option instead of PDF or PPT doc) enabled my client to interactively browse the results. **What do you dislike about Alchemer Feedback Platform?** It has a high price (for the package contains the MaxDiff question type), for a one off survey what I've conducted. Even I've used it as a consultant in the public cloud app, it kept showing me enterprise offers. The UI is sometimes not as fast as expected and the report charts are limited.
