I find it very beneficial that there is a clear dashboard view of the analytics for customer reviews such as which app has the most reviews, which app doesn't, and what type of reviews are left by customers. I find it inefficient to receive an email notification for every review left by a customer. Furthermore, I feel like there could be other metrics involved by Apptentive to measure customer satisfaction other than the love ratio where apptentive prompts the user with the "love dialogs" in the apps in which the user has the option to tap "love the app" or "don't love the app". I feel like other less intrusive methods can be used to measure customer satisfaction with an app. And lastly, the loading times between tabs within the dashboard take a long time. The ability to get real time feedback from users on the app. It really helps to get an idea on what is liked / disliked and user ideas on how to develop to make it more useful.

It really helps to identify issues that might not have been seen as issues initially and also to give a clear idea on what our customers would like to see in added functionality, areas that don't work as well as can be, bugs, glitches and so forth. I really like the ease of use. I am not a developer, so the developers handled the integration. However, I was able to easily setup events, ratings prompts, and all of the features through the dashboard very easily. This is relegated to our one case, but the platform we were building our app on does not allow for push notifications from Apptentive, so users can only get notified of things like new messages while inside the app. I am hoping they can add this to future builds.
