Thanks for your note, and sorry you didn't see the results you wanted. To address some of your comments, we offer both a native iOS and Android SDK, the latest of which feature modernized default UI styles for all of your Apptentive interactions. Regarding your note about auto-triggers based on events, we actually do offer precise event targeting, making it possible to prompt customers for feedback at exactly the right moment within your app experience. While event triggers can be powerful, we encourage testing different settings, such as location and frequency of prompts, to achieve the best results. I'm including a link below to our Learning Center, which includes a video walkthrough on best practices for setting up Events.

Apptentive is an amazing tool that helps us to establish a meaningful relationship with the customers in plenty of ways that starts with gathering customer feedback, analyze and tag reviews to the right group as well as, build a strong relationship with customers by having a direct two-way conversation within the app without any additional cost. The review sentiment analysis still needs improvements, most of the cases even for positive reviews it will segregate the reviews as negative or heartbroken Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reaching the right customers who have really faced an issue with the app and asking the right questions are the two fundamental ways to boast the app reviews and the first step to increase the rating is navigate the users with the problems to our customer support channel instead of app store reviews are crucial. I think apptentive makes it very easy to get in touch with our customers helping them participate in the next interaction. What do you dislike about Alchemer Digital?

More UX freedom and also more API customizations like we do for the Ratings dialog. I think the current dialogs are not super editable, I would like them to appear at the bottom instead of in the middle of the screen allowing users to be a little less obstructive maybe ? What do you dislike about Alchemer Digital?

Being newer to the organization, there isn't a lot of information about how we can leverage the data that is collected from Apptentive. We have several different markets that use Appentive in different ways - some use it to its fullest potential and others don't. I'd like to understand myself how we can leverage it best, as it's something we have implemented already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to have some sort of process for onboarding new employees that will use Apptentive in their roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alchemer Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Apptentive to help with our customer care and I, in particular, utilize Apptentive for our Voice of Customer reporting. We've been working to revamp this report and Apptentive's Love It score is something we have implemented for data visualization in markets that have this feature activated. In other markets, they utilize Apptentive to converse with customers about issues they may be having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to export comments and sentiment. I also like being able to see app store ratings and feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Digital?

It's not easy to compare trends across multiple apps. The sentiment ratings are always accurate. I end up exporting the content and importing the data into Airtable where I can review the sentiment and add tags. This allows me to see trends across the different "apps" or customers that are using the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alchemer Digital?

I like that I am able to target a survey to a certain page within the app. It is a great tool for customer feedback. It's great that it can integrate with the mobile app stores so that I can see all of my app's reviews at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that I have to switch between iOS and Android for mobile app. I also would like to be able to segment based on usertype. It would be nice to be able to choose different pop-up templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integrations are a nightmare. You have to refresh the screen numerous times before it will show you the information that you already set. While this is great if you are only app focused, it's been difficult for us to use this any longer as we are both app/desktop based to get a full gamut of customer information.
