The results of the Love Dialog were astonishing. We went from reviews in the hundreds to the thousands, and our rating went up a full point (at least) on both platforms. Surfacing all of the customer love has been good for acquisition, but also for morale! We don't get to see the positive impact we make, and it's energizing. As for the tool, I like the simplicity of it. Following a one-hour training session with my success manager, I've had no trouble using it. I appreciate that it's not bloated with a bunch of stuff I don't need or want. I feel very proficient with all of the features. My success manager has been amazing. He's really taken time to work with me to get to know the tools, to understand our app, and to make great suggestions on implementing the Love Dialog (which has been WILDLY successful). He and his team went above and beyond to help us out when we had an issue over a critical weekend. I've also gotten benefit out of using the Apptentive tool to demonstrate to the business what targeted, trigger-based messaging looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like it if all of the reporting was available via the dashboard. (instead of digging into the interactions, finding the survey, and tapping Reporting). I would also like to have a dashboard view of all interactions that are currently running. Last, I'd really like to be able to create and deliver my pre-permission note for push notification request through Apptentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use; the UI makes it really easy to configure surveys and targeting. Right from the start we were able to configure surveys and targeting within a couple of days, and have feedback collection from day 1 after our mobile app launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
