To address some of your comments, we offer both a native iOS and Android SDK, the latest of which feature modernized default UI styles for all of your Apptentive interactions. Regarding your note about auto-triggers based on events, we actually do offer precise event targeting, making it possible to prompt customers for feedback at exactly the right moment within your app experience. While event triggers can be powerful, we encourage testing different settings, such as location and frequency of prompts, to achieve the best results. Surveys do not allow for any kind of skip logic. Once a survey is launched, it cannot be modified - not even the display criteria. Therefore, you need to make a copy of the survey and re-launch. Reports are just a raw data extract, even though there is an online aggregate dashboard of reports. Would be nice if that was exportable. **What problems is Alchemer Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Surveying our app users about their experience.
