I have used Zapier for years and found it to be more and more complicated, Albato makes things very intuitive at the same time have the advance options in place that allows me to hire a development to get whatever desired outcome I want. They also have suberb support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some apps have less options than Zapier currently have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Albato is simple and quick to use with relevant documentation in place to help configure triggers and actions.
I easily created an automation for an email alert in a couple of minutes in Albato which took literally a few months to create in another automation app because of bug fixes and updates to the second app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much so far. but being a more visual person, I would prefer a better visual automation flow builder, ideally with a drag, drop and move around canvas to better create and visualise more complex automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've recently started transitioning from Zapier to Albato, and I'm genuinely impressed. The platform stands out with its user-friendly interface, timely updates, and responsive chat support. What really seals the deal for me is Albato's affordability. It offers a great balance between cost and functionality, which is perfect for my budget. The positive feedback from the community adds to my confidence in this decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Albato is great, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. I've noticed a lack of integration with some of the apps I use regularly like fluent form, which can be a bit limiting they dont have much automation with fluent form as other tools have. Additionally, the customization options for automation workflows are not as extensive as I'd hoped. It would be great to see more flexibility in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Albato is its intuitive no-code interface that makes it incredibly easy to automate workflows and integrate apps without any coding skills. The platform offers an extensive library of over 500 apps that can be connected in just a few clicks. I was able to set up complex automations very quickly, which has saved me countless hours of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where Albato could improve is by adding even more app integrations. While the current selection covers most popular business tools, there are still some niche apps missing that would be helpful to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although Albato doesn't offer the same extensive selection of built-in integrations as some of the industry giants, their custom app creator (or "App Integrator") makes up for it with incredible flexibility. As long as a service has an API, I can usually integrate it into my workflows. At first, figuring out JSON conversions (especially with complex data) and request authentication was a bit challenging, but Albato's documentation and YouTube tutorials were lifesavers. I'm also pleased to see them consistently adding new automations, which expands the platform's possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app creator could be a bit smoother and faster to use. It would also be fantastic to have more advanced automation options, like the ability to easily reorder steps within a workflow. Occasionally, updates seem to take a while to fully roll out. For instance, after creating a new app in the App Integrator, I sometimes have to wait before it becomes available in the automation builder, which has led to a few duplicates. Additionally, some of the YouTube tutorials are outdated. Updated videos that match the current interface would be a big help in avoiding confusion. Finally, I think some of the major app integrations could use additional polish. For example, on Discord, it'd be great to directly send images within automations (currently, I have to rely on the App Integrator for that) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Albato has many intrations available right out of the box, the interface is intuitive, and there is a free training program available to get started. It has many intregations available, I was surprised that some of the lesser known products I use are available right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AITable(not AirTable) lacks the abillity to select a table located in a subfolder. I found a request for this from several months ago and Albato QA team said they did not see a problem. It is obvious if you use AITable in this manner, so I hope they get this fixed. I found some of the integrations limited in options, but webhooks offer a work-around for this. I have been using Alberto for quite some time now and I can say that I am pleasantly surprised both by the amount of integration and the richness of their marketplace. I am to happy that I found it and so far it is making my agency run smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
