With Aladtec, no more paper and pen or using my phone to reach employees. Sending out coverage alerts to all or only a select few employees with just a few clicks is probably one of my favorite features. The flexibility of the platform and the superb customer support must also be noted! **What do you dislike about Aladtec by TCP?** I do wish the mobile version was easier to use. It isn't an app, but a bookmark to a mobile version of the website. Approving time off or seeing the schedule views could be improved for mobile users. **What problems is Aladtec by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Aladtec, employees had no way to view any schedule. This was especially true for our part-time employees, that are all on call as needed. They had no way to see who was off and no way to sign up for shifts they wanted to work. Now, even without sending out a coverage alert, all employees can see the schedules they can work and what time is available to sign up. Also, vacation requests were submitted in writing before Aladtec. Now, full-time employees can request off for any number of reasons, and I get a notification on my phone immediately. The benefits of just these few things allow me to spend more time doing other things instead of worrying about finding coverage and allowing employees to see who they are working with daily. I can also use Aladtec to see individual schedules and employee contact information and track their certification expirations in one platform. ### 16. Also, accruals could be friendlier. It would be nice to be able to assign, say, the holiday bank to another accrual code such as "FMLA holiday". So that the FMLA would pull out of the Holiday bank. **What problems is Aladtec by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to use the scheduling software for our paid on call firefighters who do irregular shifts, as well as our upcoming Full-time 24 hour shift firefighters. Sometimes the customer service representatives are a little hard to understand due to thick accents, but they're always very helpful. **What problems is Aladtec by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting down on the need to communicate with every single employee individually, as well as then circling back around to confirm or amend changes in scheduling has been the biggest problem solved. ### 32.
