TCP Aladtect is easy to use for scheduling. We also use it for the storage of important documents that make them accessible from any online connection. We are able to cover shifts by sending a message, rather than dozens of phone calls the old way. I like the ability to create forms and then create reports from the form data. The forms are easy to create and allow for building in routing. Before Aladtec we had several different schedules. Now we have only one schedule with different sections of the Police Department all on one schedule.
