From using Alaan Pay for almost a year now, we are using Alaan Pay everyday and it has always been very smooth for us - from card usage, topping up, doing our reports. Alaan is very user friendly. Initially we used some other card service provider but we faced many issues and they took very long time to topup our funds in our Alaan Pool account. Alaan has one good option to upload our payment transfer receipt in their portal so that the fund will reflect in our account earlier compared to other service provider. Alaan not charging us any service charges but we paid Service charges to the previous service provider who gave us a very poor experience. It is simplified our work and saves our time. We didnt face any issues as of now in their service and their customer support is very excellence. There is no many formalities to implement their service we implemented Alaan with in a week for out 6 group companies. We are using Alaan cards to make payment 40 to 50 times per day.
